This and the first of the series are absolutely wonderful. They're both a fresh of breath air as their characters wrestle with inner struggles around understanding themselves, empathizing with others, and all encompassing respect for life and beings.

A Closed and Common Orbit was brilliant, each chapter shifting between an AI struggling to find self driven purpose and autonomy with a small girl who's life started on the terrible end of humanity while she grew into a brilliant woman.

Can't recommend this series enough.

I don't read many books from a first person perspective, but this was a refreshing and very fun read. Full of twists and turns, surprises along the way. Very much recommend.

Super enjoyable and good read. Full of good quotes like, "If women had pockets they'd rule the world!" The writing style is refreshing, interjected with the character's thoughts and comments, even before they may be introduced. A fun read, highly recommended. Can't wait to see if more continue to be published.

This took quite a while to get through. The first Dirk Gently connected the holostic interconnectedness of the story much more wholly and understandably than this one. I do look forward to read the third of the Dirk Gently stories, seeing what's next.
