Two rivals fall in love. The president's son and a prince are forced to work together and pretend to br friends when something happens that I don't want to spoil. There are ups and downs. It's not the best written romance book but I loved it.

I was a little leery going into this manga with one of the main characters having OCD and being a germaphobic. The OCD was handled well and I could relate. The chemistry between Shirotani and Kurose was sweet from the very beginning. The side characters were very accepting and encouraging. 

I was highly disappointed by Captured Fate. I thought the story was finally going to pick up. All the characters are back together. Unfortunately it fell flat for me. It was basically the same story as the first two books in the series. There are two books left but I think I'm done with the series.

This book is marketed as sapphic but I'd consider the main character as bi. Maren goes on a quest to find her kidnapped girlfriend Kaia. Along the way she meets Sev and the two become friends. I really wanted to love this book since it has one of my favorite things to read about Dragon's but it just felt surface level. I think it could have been better with a little more depth to it, but I did enjoy it. I'm just not sure if I enjoyed it enough to finish the dueology.

Docile was one of my favorite books the year I read it. I really wanted to love First, Become Ashes but I found it lacking what Docile created in me. With that being said I did enjoy the story. I did like Lark, Calvin, and Kane as characters.
