This book is marketed as sapphic but I'd consider the main character as bi. Maren goes on a quest to find her kidnapped girlfriend Kaia. Along the way she meets Sev and the two become friends. I really wanted to love this book since it has one of my favorite things to read about Dragon's but it just felt surface level. I think it could have been better with a little more depth to it, but I did enjoy it. I'm just not sure if I enjoyed it enough to finish the dueology.
