Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spirits follows a human girl named Aoi that inherited her grandfather's gift to see spirits  and also his debt to the Ōdanna of Tenjin-ya. You meet many different kinds of yoki through the series. I get hungry every time I read a Volume with all the food talk in the manga.

The Unmaking of June Farrow was quite the roller-coaste  ride. The story follows June Farrow the last of the Farrow women who are believed to be cursed. June believes that she is going mad like the rest of the women in her family has. She sees things that she believes are just apart of her mental health decline. One day she decides to go through the red door that keeps appearing and the story really pucks up from there.

I liked the art style and the story of Kakuriyo. The manga follows a human girl named Aoi. Aoi's grandfather created a massive debt in Kakuriyo(the spirit world) and cannot pay it so he made a deal with the Ōdanna for one of his granddaughters with the most powerful spiritual powers. Aoi is kidnapped to Kakuriyo and must marry the Ōdanna but she decides to try to pay off her grandfather's debt her own way.

In this volume we continue to follow Asahi, Subaru, and the water dragon's god. Asahi is still stuck in a world that is not her own. The water dragon god gives Asahi a gift that anytime she cries it will rain.

I liked this first Volume of The Water Dragon's Bride. This is the second series that I've started by Rei Toma. I like her art style and the stories she tells. I'm looking forward to continuing the volumes to see what happens to Asahi, Subaru, and the water dragon god.

I enjoyed this reread of Kingdom of Ash. I caught a few things that I either missed or dismissed the first time I read it. Such as why name the sixth member of Mav's group at the end of the book when he wasn't in the story. Honestly I wouldn't be mad if Sarah J Maas came back to this world with more stories involving my favorite characters as long as it was done in a decent way.

I won a free arc from a goodreads giveaway. Thanks to the author H.E. Edgmon, Goodreads, and Wednesday Books.
Godly Heathens is a young adult contemporary fantasy where gods from another realm came to escape from something. Every lifetime they are reincarnated. In this reincarnation they're teenagers in Gracie, Georgia. There are two different groups fighting against each other in each generation. The story follows Gem's point of view and in this lifetime he has no memory of being a God or the magic that he carries within himself.
I loved Godly Heathens and will differently be looking into more books by H. E. Edgmon. I will also say to check the content warnings before you start reading.

This is one of my favorite series with some of my favorite characters. Empire of Storms has love and action. I noticed something on this reread that I think ties into something that would tie into Cresent City series and A Court of Thorns and Roses series about one of Feneris' abilities. I cannot wait to see if I'm right.
