I love the art style of My Gently Raised Beast. I loved this volume even more the the first. In this volume Blondina and Amon are older then the first volume. Amon has his coming of age ceremony and invites Blondina as he's witness. Blondina returns to her home town and gets revenge for what happened when she was younger. I cannot wait to see where the next volume goes.

I enjoyed volume 3 more then I did the first two volumes. This volume had me laughing so hard at a certain scene. Asahi and Subaru are older in this volume. Four years have past from volume 2 to 3. Subaru still protects Asahi and even goes to war for her. Asahi still wants to go back to her home and she finally gets her voice back. I'm looking forward to see where the rest of the series goes.

I loved the idea of Evocation but I wanted darker. I wanted more from the story for example I wanted more from the big bad demon or even the murderous house. Instead it was more relationship issues then anything else. Moira is my favorite character and I liked watching her and David's relationship grow. However at times she seemed to be the mother figure caught between Rhys and David. I will read the sequel just because I enjoyed the ending of Evocation.

I loved Namesake just as much as I did Fable. The swashbucklin  adventure continues with betrayal and a wth is going on.  Namesake was a good wrap up to the dueology. 

I love the world of the Narrows. Fable has become one of my favorite sea adventure stories. There was so much that I liked about the story- the characters and the plot.

The whole story was basically Kal and Vera's conversations over the phone. The two don't actually meet until the end of the book. Call Me Maybe had it's funny moments.

I usually stay away from single parent trying to find new love stories. I don't think I laughed at a book this hard for awhile. Although the second hand embarrassment at the beginning nearly made me put the book down. I enjoyed this hilarious book.

The cover is what drew me in. I had seen the cover and added Happiness, Volume 1 to my tbr without even reading the blarb first. The mcc is attacked by a female vampire at the beginning of the story. The vampire  gives the mmc a choice between dying and becoming like her. After that seen you never see that vampire again besides in flash backs in this first volume. I wanted to like it but it seemed that the mmc mostly smelled blood from the females period.
