I devoured this book. The Crimson Crown I would have to say is my favorite book in the Seven Realms series. There was action, romance, betrayal, hidden treasure, revenge, and so much more. I would recommend this series to everyone.

I'm not totally sure how I feel about Sankarea. I'm a little creeped out. Rea's father needs put in prison. I feel there is some sexual abuse as well as physical and mental abuse going on in her family. Our mmc is obsessed with zombies. He tries to bring his dead cat back to life with the help of Rea. I'm here for the zombie cat. I'm not sure if I'll continue on with the series.

I liked this volume better then volume 1. I hear that the story gets better in later volumes so I may read at least one or two more to see for myself before I give up on the volumes. I liked that Makoto wasn't smelling all the girls period blood in this volume. There's a lot more action and violence in this volume. I now know that the girl who turned him is named Nora. I'm interested to see if Yuuki becomes a vampire as well.

I read this series years ago and in finding while I loved it the first time I'm loving it even more with the reread. Dancer is one of my favorite side characters of all time. With his loyalty to Han and his character development throughout the series. It broke my heart when he started to be shunned by his own people. Han came from nothing but with his cunning and wit he is making a place for himself and maybe a few friends along the way. Raisa was a spoiled princess who is starting to become a badass boss.

Castle of the Cursed started out strong but unfortunately went down hill. I really wanted to like it. It had elements that I like such as a cursed castle, vampires, spooky vibes, and a mystery. The story only takes place in thirteen days and that was one of the downfalls for me.

Omg! I adored this book. I loved the banter between all the characters. I love the fact that the story takes place in an old bookshop and that fictional characters come right out of other stories. Like Heathcliff Moriarty, and the raven from the poem 'Nevermore'. There's mystery and romance. I'm looking forward to reading more from this series.

I loved the first book. The second book broke me. I waited two years to finish this series after reading the second book. I really wanted to like this book but it was only ok. I feel that The Finish Line was completely unnecessary. Although I did enjoy getting little tidbits about Dominic and Tobias' past.

Briddy and Amon are now of marrying age. I love a good slow burn but at times I wanted to slap both Briddy and Amon. I like that Lart has come around and has befriended his older half sister and is getting more confident in what he wants. Adellai has a new ally and is up to something.
