Even though I loved the Magick, witchcraft etc the characters and plot were dull 

I couldn’t get into this one. The blurb sounded great but there was something off about the FMC for me. She annoyed me for some reason. 

I didn’t like this book. The teenage love triangles & the slow storyline was tedious. Not for me. It perhaps would’ve been a better book if the love triangle wasn’t in it. And witches instead of regular people. Lol

I can’t concentrate on this right now. I’m reading heavy fantasy and that’s taking up all my brain power 😂 

Wasn’t for me. Couldn’t get into it and was far too drawn out even at page 58. Interesting concept, but failed to entertain me 

Couldn’t get into it and wasn’t arsed about any of the characters. 

I’m too autistic for this unrealistic and OTT book and its characters. 

Whilst it’s not a bad book, it was a little hefty for me and I’m in the mood to read something else. When the mood hits right, I’ll come back to it because I do love the characters. But at this moment in time, I’m not feeling it. 

I can’t take away that King is great author but fuck, I can’t deal with the drivel and the slow moving plot. His books aren’t for me. I’m done. 

Too much of a slow burn, and the writing sometimes felt awkward to read fluidly.
