Was the story interesting? Sure. It was all right. Books one and two were good, but this one? A bunch of long winded nonsense. Mostly, he just needed and editor. 600 page book could have easily been half that. Did I need 100 pages on the backstory of Zero?? No. Not even a little. It was meant to show the origin of the virus but the reality is it did nothing to further be plot and it was boring af. Add to that the random fancy words littered throughout the book (this was NOT a fancy book, the vocabulary was unnecessary and pulled me out of the story several times) and it just was not something I’d ever recommend.

4.5 stars only because the beginning took a little getting into. By the time I hit 50 pages in I was sucked right in, but it did take those 50 or so pages.

3.5 stars. The book itself was good and written well. The material was just depressing.

Excellent book. Very exciting with lots of twists and turns.

3.5 stars. The world was beautiful and amazing. The story was fantastic and full of adventure. The only thing I had trouble with was the romance around 75/80% in. It took me out of the adventure and mystery and made me want to fast forward to get back to the good stuff.
