This series isn't for me. The novelty of a spider in an RPG world has worn off for me. 

 There is truly a manga for everything. Here we’ve got a spider in an RPH world complete with level grinding. While I think it’s an interesting premise, I can only see myself hanging around for volume two before dropping this. 

Loved this! But do know it’s very open-ended. Seeing the lovely ladies, the New York setting, and the passages of parting hair, braiding hair, and adding conditioner warmed my heart and glazed my metaphorical donut. 

We have new characters introduced in this volume's mage exam. Even with just a glimpse at some of their backstories and ideologies, it's really engaging.

Also, shoutout to an OP old man character that's not a pervert. In any other manga, he would be a Master Roshi, y'know. But nah, here we got a dude with some character and integrity.

and aww he treats her like a granddaughter!

I sincerely hope this series never loses its charm.
