I'm still intrigued, and I love how effortlessly creepy this series is. The tension and mystery keep building, and I can't wait until it explodes.

Much better than the first book. While Chunky still isn’t really needed, he helped move the story along in a way that felt natural this time. Pepe’s shenanigans and the backstory behind them were great, and I think a lot of kids will relate to it as well as wrongfully being marked "troublemaker."

This gave us "By Odin's fade." Let that sit in. Swish it around and let it marinate. And Odin doesn't have a fade in this comic either.
Overall, major cheesefest and stereotypical. Also, no thanks to those trash raps. Shame because the artwork was wonderful and this iteration's Loki looked beyond sharp. This was hilarious for all the wrong reasons.

I wasn’t expecting this book to have such depth and to wield it well in its narrative. It took me through the emotions of watching someone you love battle with an eating disorder and how easy it could be to succumb to one yourself. But it wasn’t depressing. There’s lovable sisterhood, middle school drama, and the relatable awkwardness of growing up. I think this is perfect for middle school readers or anyone really.
