Loved this mysterious story but one thing... Dare's voice is so not British. I've read so many books where a character was English and I could totally hear the English voice in my head... but not with Dare's. Not sure if it's on purpose or not great character development. Because of that... 4 out of 5 stars.

My fav of all the Brown books. Having that Catholic sensibility certainly was helpful when making meaning. Brown's books however, are very "cookie cutter." He has discovered a formula that is best selling and sticks to it. All books are very predictable!
