Thank you Minotaur Books and NetGalley for the DRC of Star-Crossed Egg Tarts!  All opinions in this review are my own.

While I thought Ill-Fated Fortunes was a solid debut for the Magical Fortune Cookie series, Star-Crossed Egg Tarts blew it away!  It was such a strong sequel and had so many red herrings that kept me guessing until the very end!

Too brief of an overview for each of the countries she writes about

What I Was Doing While You Were Breeding: A Memoir

I wanted more about her travels and less about the relationships she had while traveling.

Thank you St. Martin's Griffin and NetGalley for the DRC of Fall For Him!  All opinions in this review are my own.

Fans of Fly With Me will be excited to see Derek as one of the main characters in Fall For Him!  Dylan and Derek's story starts off with a hilarious disaster.  Despite being neighbors, they never got along until Dylan fell through Derek's ceiling.  Burke does an excellent job of combining funny moments with real character growth, while also creating a relationship between Dylan and Derek.  It is hard to top Fly With Me since it was one of my favorite books of 2024 but Fall For Him definitely exceeded expectations and I can't wait until Burke's next book!

Thank you Forever and NetGalley for the DRC of I'll Have What He's Having!  All opinions in this review are my own.

This was such a fun read!  I loved having both points of view because you were able to see how each character was feeling (even though it made a certain event towards the end a little more heartbreaking).  I'll Have What He's Having is full of humor, heart, and heat!
