I'm surprised by how addictive this book was.
I started it a few months ago because I hadn't had a book on my person and then put it down for a while. I picked it back up yesterday while I was at the gym, so I'd have something to do while walking on the treadmill and I couldn't put it down. I finished it within a few hours.
It had that wonderful, addictive fantasy feel to it. It was fast paced and fun. I already downloaded the second because I can't wait to get more from this world and these characters.

THAT WAS A PRETTY BIG CLIFFHANGER NO THANK YOU AT LEAST THE SERIES IS COMPLETE. WE MARCH ONWARD.

My professor does not agree that this is self insert fan fic or that the homosexual tension could be cut with a knife.

I read the first two books in a matter of days. This one took a lot longer. It was easily the most romance heavy of the Three so far. I also started school again and began to read everything from a critical anthropological view and I had issues with wiping out an entire culture for the sake of conquest. idk
