I had heard so many great things about this book so I finally picked it up recently and I absolutely loved it so much! As someone that’s spent a lot of time trying to figure out where I fall on the ace spectrum, I’ve been really interested in reading more books about it. Georgia is a very flawed character that makes a lot of mistakes on her journey of self discovery but you can’t help but root for her. I loved each of her friends and getting to see their own struggles and triumphs throughout the book was really great! The addition of the Shakespeare Society and the ups and downs of their play as their friendships struggled was a really fun way to keep the story going. My favorite thing about this book was the message that all forms of love, not just romantic are important. I’ve personally never understood why friendships and familial relationships are put on the back burner so I really loved the message! I definitely recommend this book to everyone!
This book was so beautiful. Max and Jordan are both struggling with 2 really difficult things and they’re nothing alike but they are able to find solace in each other and the people close to them. The difficult conversations were handled so delicately but so honest in a way that really stood out. Loved this book so much.
Wow. Wow. Wow. I loved this book so much omg
I absolutely adored this book! It had so many of the best tropes including enemies to lovers, there was only one bed, and fake dating. Kelly’s last book “Late to the Party” was one of my favorite reads last year so I’ve been looking forward to this one and it did not disappoint!

I haven’t laughed out loud so much while reading a book in a long time and it was just really nice to after so long. It was the perfect amount of cheesy and heartwarming while also having so much emotion! The relationship between Scottie and Irene was very much the spotlight of this book but the side characters added so much and really brought the story to life and made it that much more enjoyable! This book was also so much about loving yourself and not shutting yourself off to people after you’ve been hurt. This was really beautifully stated by Scottie’s mom when she said “...you will get your heart broken. It’s unavoidable. The key is to not be afraid of the breaking. People break our hearts, but they create more room in them first, and that room makes it possible for us to become more ourselves.”

I very very much recommend this book to anyone looking for a fun and heartwarming read!

Guys… this book is INCREDIBLE!! I’ve heard so many good things about it recently so I’ve been looking forward to picking it up but it far exceeded my expectations! First off, this book has a really powerful message about racism that I think everyone would benefit from reading! Second, it has really great queer rep!
I listened to the audiobook of this one and both of the narrators were really great! The story kept me engaged the entire time and I didn’t want to stop listening to it. Also I spent the entire book not trusting anyone and I was so stressed out the entire time! I felt all the emotions, I was angry, I was sad, I was happy, I was terrified, and everything in between. The whole time I was listening, all I could think about was how great of a tv show this book would make and I NEED it to happen now!
1000000% recommend this to everyone! But especially if you like dark academia, thrillers that keep you on the edge of your seat the whole time, and stories with complex characters and a storyline that makes you feel everything so deeply. I truly think this is a book that everyone should read though!
Content warning: racism, homophobia, bullying, and suicidal ideation.

It had been almost 10 years since I read this series for the first time and I loved it just as much as I remembered
I’m really gonna regret staying up to finish this book because I’m a scaredy-cat and the vivid murders are going to scar my mind for a while but I also don’t regret it at all because I had such a good time reading this book! I personally love campy horror movies so while I’ve never been a horror reader, I’m not surprised I enjoyed it! A lot of people don’t like that it has a ya contemporary feel instead of just being straight up ya horror but I think that’s what made me love it even more. I’m personally not looking for a book that’s just in it to scare me, I like substance and romance and friendships and interesting back stories so I really enjoyed that aspect!
Also I’ve had this book on my tbr for so long and just hadn’t brought myself to pick it up but I knew I needed to before the movie comes out so the release date finally being announced is what got me to finally pick it up
