This was such an easy, fast paced read that I really enjoyed! The concept for this one sounded right up my alley horror wise being described as fear street meets scream and while this book definitely had aspects of both, it was way different than I expected in the end! While I enjoyed this one overall, I do wish that it would’ve just stayed more slasher-y instead of adding the “magical” aspect of it 🤷🏻♀️ I wish it would’ve just stuck with one thing instead of adding so many. But I did think everything came together really well in the end and some of the twists were really well thought out and surprised me! Definitely recommend if you want a fast paced horror story that draws you in from the first page!

Wow this was one of the easiest 5 stars I’ve given in awhile!! I’ve had this one since release day last year and kept putting off picking it up for some reason and now I’m so mad at myself because it was SO GOOD!!! Like honestly I have zero notes, it was just so good! 😍 I’ll try to write a more coherent review once I post about it on the feed but for now this is all I’ve got lol highly recommend!!

I went into this with very little background on Jekyll & Hyde and I’m not sure if that was a good thing or bad thing lol I know the basics of the story but not much else! I really enjoyed this book though!! It was incredibly heartbreaking, especially the reveal and the why but it was also very hopeful and ended up being so joyful by the end! There were parts where I got a little bored and found myself zoning out but even with those slow parts, I still enjoyed it over and would recommend! ☺️

This is probably my favorite of the FU series since the first two books! I really loved Remy & Alex as individuals and as a couple and their chemistry just felt so natural from the very beginning! The added addition of Remy & Bailey’s tension made the best friends brother trope of it all even more complicated and difficult! I loved getting to see the character growth of each of the characters throughout the book and the final resolution was just really nice and I loved how everything came together! Just overall a sweet (and spicy) story that made me happy ☺️

I’ve been meaning to read this one for awhile and I’m so glad I finally did! I think this is such an important book for everyone to read. Having knowledge like this would’ve helped me so much as a teen/young adult and I hope that books like this will help more and more people not only understand themselves and their loved ones but also just the world as a whole! So if you’re looking to understand asexuality better for any reason, I think this book is a great place to start!! ♥️

I went into this book with high expectations and by god did it not only live up to those expectations but fully surpassed them! I love this book so much, like I can already say that this book with be in my top 5 of the year! It truly had everything I could ever ask for in a book; fake dating, disaster bi’s, mental health rep, queer joy, beautiful friendships, literally every emotional reaction you can think of, and so much more. I just loved every single thing about it and I definitely have so much more to say about it but I’ll saved it for the feed once I’m able to get my journal page together and all my thoughts accurately fleshed out. But I very highly recommend this one!!! 💜
There’s just something about an enemies to lovers plot combined with a fake dating plot where they genuinely don’t like each other but they’re forced together that’s just perfection! And on top of that, them both dealing with mental health issues and as soon as something happens to send one of them into a panic, the other one is right there to take care of them even though no one in their life ever has before? Just *chefs kiss* When I say I loved everything about this book, I’m not exaggerating! I just think everything was executed perfectly and paced out exactly how it needed to be and I already can’t wait to reread this one over and over again 🥰

Wow this was so good!!! I don’t have a lot to say about it because I think it defies words but I think this is a very important read for not only teens or queer people but for everyone! I loved the emphasis on being yourself and loving who you are and learning to be comfortable exploring every part of yourself. Just a very very beautiful novel, filled with so much queer joy! ♥️
I really thought I’d love this one but I got 5 hours in with 11 more still to go and I’m so bored, I can’t continue

I really loved this! As someone that’s always been very meh about The Great Gatsby, I like it but I don’t think it’s as amazing as most of America seems to think it is lol 🤷🏻♀️ what I did always wish was that Nick & Gatsby fell in love and Daisy wasn’t as annoying and this book is exactly that and so much more! There was so much queer rep in this book and it made me so happy 🥰 definitely recommend this one!

I loved this book so much 😭 I typically hate instalove, it just feels so unrealistic to me, but it just worked so well in this book! Maybe because of the forced proximity of Garland & Stevie being in a cabin together and that made them be able to lean on each other so much? But I just really loved everything about them together! Also if you loved the camp aspect of The Parent Trap, just please read this book! Besides the romance aspect, this book was about so much more! The found family of it all was *chefs kiss* 👌🏻 and even more than that, I loved how much this book was about self love and finding yourself and accepting yourself for exactly who you are no matter what other people think of you! I feel like we don’t get enough of that in adult books because so many people think you should have everything figured out when your between 18-25 but so many of us are scrambling to figure out who we are for most of our lives and it feels shameful to not know yourself completely by those ages. I just really think this is such a special book and I hope everyone gets a chance to read it 🥰
