An adorable demonic kid is saved from a fate actually worse than death when she's doubly-kidnapped by two men on opposite sides of the demon/hunter fence. A heap of good-faith custody negotiation results, then a slow-burn romance, mostly wildly fluffy but with some violence and angst too.

Fade-to-black nookie, interesting if light-touch world-building, and a solid ending with an option on the next book (following different characters though.)

Definitely recommend if the actual summary (mine is a bit rubbish, go check out the main entry!) sounds up your alley!
