Every single page was beautiful. The art in this is ridiculously good!

The story was as strange and as whimsical as I expected it to be. Many parts and references weren't directly explained so I had to reread a couple of sections. There were a lot of characters and elements that connected to the original Sandman series which I enjoyed.

You absolutely shouldn't read this if you haven't read the original Sandman series yet though, because I can imagine how confusing it would be and how irrelevant some of the characters or events would seem.

This was great though. I'm sad that I'm out of Sandman to read (that I currently own). D:

Super adorable, extremely well-researched, and just generally wonderful. I'm not sure if I'd appreciate it as much were I not currently studying computer science, since this was mostly non-fiction, but I enjoyed this so much more than I expected to!

I actually significantly enjoyed this, much more than the first. The stories felt more substantial this time around for whatever reason. :)

This was by far the best installment in the series so far! I was supposed to sleep early today, but I made the terrible mistake of starting this book and expecting myself to stop and sleep just five minutes into it. Nope, I ended up finishing it. I loved that we got a back story, I loved how it was less episodic and was instead just one big story, and I loved how exciting, action packed and imaginative this was! I can't wait to read the next one!

This was so good! I love how it was so fantastical but also so relevant to current society. Also, yay for more characters and development! Where's volume 7?

- It was nice reading issues that formed a larger story instead of reading a bunch of unrelated stories for once
- Imelda Marcos was here woah
- I'm looking forward to seeing more of Alexandra's personal life in future issues
