Changing my rating of this to 5 stars, just because it's been 3 months since I'd read this book, but I'm still finding myself thinking about it every now and then
I was supposed to sleep early today, but then I thought I'd read a bit before sleeping...but now it's 1AM and I finished the book, so we all know how that went.
This was so good. Hands down, my favorite in the series so far.

Avengers vs. X-Men Omnibus
Brian Michael Bendis, Ed Brubaker, Jason Aaron, Jonathan Hickman, Matt Fraction
Actually didn't just read this volume, but this entire reading order: http://philthec.blogspot.com/2012/06/avengers-vs-x-men-reading-order.html
It's been roughly 5 years since I read this book for the first time and it immediately became my favorite book of all time.
In those 5 years, I attempted to reread this book several times, but never pushed through with it - not because I didn't feel like reading it necessarily, but because I was worried. I was so worried that my first impression of this book came from a time when I hadn't read that many great books yet, and a time when my taste in books was so different from what it is currently, and that I would end up disappointed by The Book Thief when I reread it.
Well, I finally finished rereading it, and I now know I had nothing to worry about.
It's been 5 years, and yet I still fell in love with these characters. I still teared up at the ending. I still thoroughly enjoyed this book.
I can now say with total confidence that this truly is one of my favorite books. I have nothing bad to say about it.
