I loved this book it was fun, spicy, funny and very action packed in more than one way it was a great first read of the new year. I loved the characters especially Sloane and Rowan both were very unique in many ways smart and sassy Sloane who kills evil people for many reasons but there is so much more to her than that. I loved cocky Rowan who is a bit reckless but fell hard for Sloane after their unique meeting they just fit so well together and make a great team in many things I loved their romance. The plot was great it starts with Sloane stuck in a cage and how she got there Rowan shows up they talk he frees her from the cage after some time they then decide to compete to kill a killer they meet up many times fall in love do things together looking forward to reading the other books in this series.

I loved this book just mas much as the previous one two interesting characters a great romance and a compelling conflict that is solved in this book. I loved the characters very much especially Max and Zander they start off with Zander saving Max since he was desperate and sold himself so trust has to grow in the beginning for them to come to love each other. I did love the slow and gradual romance and how well they fit together by the end. The plot was great starts with Max selling himself to save his Father in doing this Zander spots him and decides to save him after that there is the slow getting to know each other and Max coming to trust Zander many other things happen some conflict that is solved looking forward to more.

This book was wonderfully well written a great fantasy romance I liked the bits of poetry throughout I enjoyed how this book depicted soulmates. I loved the characters I especially loved Renna and Jaric one wanting to change how her life goes and save her father and be with whom she wants while the other is basically going to be sold off but he holds out hope for the voice of the girl he dreams about. I really liked how quickly they both recognized each other and were determined to do what they want plus save Renna's Father. I loved the plot it starts with Renna's father on his death bed and how the lives of menders like her get no time for anything they wanted her to marry she would not do it. It goes on to Jaric and how he is considered cursed after awhile Renna is able to escape with the help of someone they meet up and after a good while they have their happy ever after.

I loved this book I really liked how it was written the story and the characters it was all very unique in many ways. I loved the characters especially Isadora I rooted for her the whole way through she is complicated and hurt about what she thinks her parents think of her since she is a mortal child of two gods and her life is limited. I also loved Ry the romance between him and Isadora was slow since she resisted falling in love because of her family and everything that goes with that it was an up and down process. The plot was really interesting I liked how the bits of mythology is told by Isadora it adds so much to the story it starts off with Isadora finding out she is mortal so she thinks her parents who happen to be Egyptian gods Isis and Osiris don't love her since she will not be with them forever. So as the story goes on she is not to happy with her parents some things happen Isis is pregnant again Isadora is not happy about this she is sent away for her own safety she leaves other things happen she meets many great people in San Diego finds love even if she doesn't want to some truths are learnt and finally the day is saved and there is a happy ending.

This book is a great start to a wonderfully written mystery that involves the fae which are written in the more folk tale style. I liked the characters especially Jessa she cares for her family and wants to protect them while also helping people while being very self sacrificing to herself. There are many interesting characters in this story like Jessa's Aunt with her many secrets the people at the mill it makes for a great book. The plot was really interesting Jessa and her Aunt go someplace trouble happens a child is saved more things begin to happen there are secrets and Jessa has to uncover them to save people many things happen the day is saved but not without repercussions. I loved this start to this story will continue the series soon.

I loved this book just as much as I did when I first read it years ago these books really stand up to the test of time. I loved the characters especially Daine she is many things kind to animals and to people but she understands animals best since she can communicate with them she has been hurt but is still one of the most caring characters I have read about but she is capable of many things. I also loved the characters around her like Onua the horse master whom hires her and becomes amazed by her and Numair who becomes her teacher in magic and he is rather interesting to read about. I loved the plot it starts with Daine on her own meeting and becoming hired by Onua many extraordinary things are found out about Daine like her abilities we find out her family was murdered by bandits other things happen more is learnt by Daine about her abilities she meets and saves Numair as a hawk. The sad things about what happened after the murder of her family is told and now it is know why she is the way she there are many other exciting things to happen looking forward to reading more soon.

This book was just as good or better than the last one with many new and already established characters that add so much to the story. I loved the characters especially Daine and Numair they both add so much to the story with Daine learning more about her abilities and Numair being a great mentor all throughout this. There are many characters here that add so much like Maura a spirited little girl the many animals in the story especially the wolves also the cats they add so much to the story. The story was a great action-packed with Daine and the group meeting up with the wolves to help they find out someone is planning to overthrow the Tortall king so her and the group stop all that make friends along the way and learn more about herself. I will be reading more soon.

I really loved this book I liked how it handled the arranged marriage aspect and the whole these groups were at war very well. I really loved the characters especially Essie and Farrendel I loved positive and fierce Essie as well as calm and rather gentle Farrendel who hides so much of himself from many. I loved how the romance between them developed a gradual process of them caring for one another until they came to love the other and understand each other as well. There were many other interesting characters as well like Farrendel's siblings and grandmother and Essie's brothers and mother they added many great things to the story. The plot was great it starts with the elves being in the Kingdom Essie is the princess of there is then an arranged marriage that they agree on so Essie goes with them after saying goodbye to her family goes to the elf kingdom is accepted by few finds out many things there is great action and romance looking forward to reading more.
