This book already has a special place in my heart because of how close the story is to my own. This book manages to take a simple situation and turn it into a ride that's sweet and funny, while confirming us that those "scenes from the movies" can be real with the right person. Having two narrators also gives it a dynamic that I didn't think I'd like in this story but it quickly became obvious how needed it was. Overall really enjoyed it. An easy read as well.

4.5 — Absolutely loved this one too! Even though Career of Evil is still my favorite so far, I was greatly surprised by the complexity of Lethal White and its balance between personal and professional events in the lives of the characters, and how it manages to incorporate political, social and family themes in it. I can't wait for the 5th book, which is coming out in just a few days!

Excelente. Gabriel García Márquez logra escribir una historia corta de la cual sabemos el desenlace con el título mismo, pero lo hace de una manera intrigante y llena de detalles que terminan por sorprender incluso hasta la última página.

He tenido la oportunidad de leer este libro tres veces en las últimas semanas, y desde la primera lo recibí como pocas veces me pasa.

Chris tiene una sensibilidad especial, y transmite su sentir de una manera muy personal, a la vez que deja espacio para que el lector interprete y adhiera a sus propias experiencias lo que está en letras. Las ilustraciones son muy interesantes y acertadas. En general es un poemario que no se siente repetitivo o encasillado en un solo sentimiento; y aunque es difícil de digerir a veces por lo que llega a doler, funciona como catarsis sin lugar a dudas.

Me quedan cortas las palabras para escribir sobre este libro, definitivamente uno de mis favoritos y que llevaré conmigo siempre.
