One again Amanda Lovelace manages to hit me right in the feels! I am so greatful that she shares her story with us via poetry.

I love the style of this book, how Jenny has you interact with the pages in order to understand yourself and your journey more. It is a wonderful hands on journal that tells a story as you go.

Is this book perfect? No, but it is a remarkable story of survival. It hurts my heart knowing everything Brittani and Rex went through. But she managed to pull herself up through it for the safety of her son.

This was my first Sarah Mass book, and my first book of 2019. Overall it was a decent book, I listened to an audio verison which allowed me to get lost in the story. I'm not sure I would have followed it so well as a written story to be honest.

I got lost a few times and had to restart, there was a lot going on in some parts and kind of felt all over the place.

I'm finally getting around to reading the dc legends books. I am glad I read it, I found that there was parts that dragged on and other parts that could have been filled with more details. It's not the full story of how Bruce became Batman but it's part of the story. It's part of how Bruce grew from a young adult to a man and who fights for true justice. A man who falls in love even though its with someone he truly shouldn't. Overall it was a decent book, not a favourite though.

Trying to read this one honestly took a few tries, honestly probably wouldn't have finished it without finding the audio version via my library. I had a hard time getting into this one, I mean I'll finish the series over time but a reread isn't ever likely. It just didn't draw me in.

Still not sure what I think of this book, I didn't hate it but I didn't love it. I love the idea of how magic works in this world but there was many moments that I felt like this book dragged on, it didn't consistently hold my attention. Yet it was a decent book.

Requested this on a whim from Library to potentially fulfil a requirement for a reading challenge but read something else isntead (mostly because I meant to read the other book long ago).

I was pleasantly suprised by this book, had no expectations going in but overall I thought it was a great book. I managed to get lost in it for the morning. It was an good story, nothing overly spectacular but it was good. 3/4 of the way through there is a secretive plot twist that caught me off grad!

I listened to this as an audio book, it was an alright book however I had found it underwhelming and had a hard time paying attention.

Listened to it as an audio book, and found it to be a great way to get through cleaning and organizing the house.
