Chloe is a lovable disable black woman on a mission to keep herself safe and become more adventurous. In the process she makes a list on how to get a life. The list turns out to be way more fun than she ever expected.
Let me just say, I now understand why people read romance novels.

Heartwarming, Painful, and Comfort in Hard Times
I had goosebumps. I giggled. I had tears well up in my eyes. I had renewed feels of faith in humanity. Parts are heartwarming. Parts are painful. All the parts made for a phenomenal story of acceptance, loss, and chosen family.
In under a hundred pages I am overly impressed with all the topics covered and all feelings this book made me feel.

This book was phenomenally written in 3 parts, each from the POV of a different main character. Each of the 3 grapples with the closeness of their relationships with the other 2. Their stories touch on questioning queerness, loss of family, assault, dealing with childhood trauma, and social justice
Minor: Sexual content
