This was not what I excepted. It had much deeper subjects than I thought it would. And that was good.
Topics: grief, mental Heath, abuse, parent in prison
The narrator, I’ve heard her before, did an amazing job add such feeling into her voice

Holy F*** was this good. I couldn’t put it down Taylor Jenkins Reid can’t miss.
Written from the perspective of the widowed wife who’s husband was lost at sea on their one year anniversary, who shows up years later. We follow her grief and her learning to live again. Then we see what happens to her, her husband and her fiancé 2when he returns. I didn’t know who to root for-Sam or Jesse (I won’t tell you here, you’ll have to ask who I sided for) but either way I was team Emma all the way.

I did not like thi one as much as the first. There was minimal magic throughout most of the book. And the end chapters jammed the magic in, but it felt like scenes were edited out of the book causing it to feel disjointed
Like much of the world, I am a follower of the royal family. Not in an obsessive way, but a casual observer.
Prince Harry’s story was pretty interesting. I know there is truths in here, but also some non-truths. Either way it’s completely insane how growing up as a royal is completely screwed up.

Stunning in the horrific tragedy. Wow I couldn’t put it down.
I really enjoyed this account of midwifery in the 1950’s in London’s East End. I wanted to know more about the authors later career too
