I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley.

A murder, but did Bonnie do it? Why do her actions not line up to her covering it up?

This book was frustrating. Told in chapters that time jumped into the near past and present, mostly short chapters. I think this style did a disservice to the story. It was hard to gather empathy for Bonnie. She was nearly a pathetic character with no redeeming qualities. The basis of the story, that she was getting a band together to play for a friends wedding-- who does that? Leading on "the nice guy" , mooning over her past love (it didn't work, but I don't want you to have someone else), at the same time being completely infatuated with the "bad boy". The odd close/distant friendships she had, and the hodgepodge of characters left this story in shambles. Hints of back story were given on this whole lot, but not enough to help explain their actions.

I wasn’t a major office fan. I would go in and out of my like for it, but I did watch most of it. This was a super fun audio book. You can really feel the friendship Jenna and Angela have for each other. This book is all about The Office. There is some behind the scenes, but it’s more an ode to their friendship. The cover early careers, their friendship, kids, and the creation of the post cast.

I did this on audio but did get the print copy too to see the photos.

Ugh. I really liked this book. Except for the bonus chapter. I listened to the audio version and the voice actor totally ruined my image of Adam. He sounded like a prick which is not the feeling I got about him during the rest of the book.
