Cozy micro aggressions with a side of capitalism.

just paused for now

This is an interesting concept, melding fantasy with the background of greek mythology. However, the writing felt clumsy and under edited, and the plot was just suffering on suffering.

A Hunt So Wild and Cruel

DID NOT FINISH: 8%

insufferable characters, awkward prose, the weirdest possible retelling. why does this exist.

Actually bumped this up upon further reflection. Everyone is so *gender* in this book, and I love the dialect.

Less annoying that some other urban fantasy/fae romantasy type cross over books, more annoying that just fae romantasy. the reappearance of social media just so that the fae, who apparently have wild public sex parties, can slut shame the FMC was super weird. predictable twists but at the same time, real work went into developing the relationship between the MMC and the FMC.
