I had trouble with the pace at first, but it got better as I was getting more and more into the story.
The beginning was a bit confusing and slow, but I was intrigued by the whole story, what it could become and I was entertained enough that I wanted to continue reading it.
I’m really happy I pushed through it.

Overall, it was a good and solid book, that made me laugh and yes, also shed a few tears. There is amazing friendship, banter, found family, betrayal, demons, angels, games of power, unfinished books with their characters left aside.

I love the way the found family was at the forefront of the story, it was nice and really well done. I also really enjoyed the creativity and the idea of this Library of the Unwritten, where characters from unfinished stories are kept and cared for.

The characters grew on me quite a lot and I’m curious to see where this will go. I sure will be picking the sequel up; the ending left some of my questions unanswered and I’m curious to see how some of the characters will evolve from this first book.

Hopeful.
Adorable.
Sincere and kind.
Funny at times.
Touching.
I also really like the drawings.

It felt more like a collection of quotes than anything else, and it'll uplift you when you're feeling down. A super quick read, reflective and lighthearted.

Absolutely love Niji and Gaku. There were some important things in there: no, it’s not the victim’s fault. Yes, even after a traumatic event such as the one Niji went through, it’s okay to want to be touched and loved like Niji is feeling, especially with someone you trust.
Beware though, as there were some pretty triggering moments.
