I felt that after they had sex it just ends abruptly afterwards.

I was not fully expecting that but I loved it.

I liked the writing but have experienced better authors and books in the past year.

It took a bit for the book to pick up but once it did I was along for the ride. I love Lucy Score's writing so much. She has a way to bring out the laughter and the tears in people.

I love the small town setting and the close-knit community.

I liked the ending but the middle was kind of boring.

I loved the sex and drama. I forgot how much I love dark mafia romances. I am excited to hopefully see more of Eden and Marcello and how that came to be.

I liked the plot and the narrator. I forgot how good this book and the author is. I read this book years ago on ebook but didn't realize until now that it was the same book. I still reread it because I loved the book the first time around.

I learned about the circus while also enjoying a good romance. It was a good age gap and teacher student romance. The drama and tensions were palpable. It was cute.

This was only my third book that involved adult film stars. I enjoyed the star turned seal and the romance that occurred was a special kind. I loved the time jumps and multiple povs.

If you are triggered by mentions of blood, human trafficking, or rape maybe don't read this book.

I liked everything but the taboo-ness of it.
