I think that these books are so much fun. even if you have watched the movies.

Wow wow wow. Just when you think you know how it's going to end... some things I did see going other things I really didn't see going. I need time for this book to sink in but I'll definitely read the sequel!

I really enjoyed this book insta-love-y or not. I also think the Zoella sends a great message to her followers. But what I didn't like as much was the part after New York. I just really wish Penny and Noah would just have called each other and talked about the problem. Because then there wouldn't have been as big as a mess. Of course, Noah could have been honest from the start, but at least I kinda get his reasons. The ending felt a bit rushed, too. Like Zoe Sugg didn't have enough time to write it.

I tried some of the recipes and discussed some with my friends. Although I enjoyed the food, I think this is just a nice cookbook for basic recipes if you just start cooking. Moreover, with "plant-based" in the title, it suggests vegan recipes but it's not a fully vegan cookbook. Some recipes include cheese or eggs. Lastly, the recipes are very basic but easily adjustable for those who like to experiment.

IK. Notes to my future self is een leuk invulboekje, zeker in deze #ikleesthuis dagen.

I liked it but the poems did not blow me away

I loved this book. It was slow-paced but I lived for the planning and strategising (and the suitors). I can't wait for the next book to arrive at my doorstep and see how this series comes to a conclusion.

I also loved how so many relevant worldly problems were also present in this book: refugees, water scarcity among others.

The battle at the end was such a great way to end the second book in a series so I don't think second book syndrome applies to this series at the point.

Nice poems and letters about grief and motherhood in the style Lovelace is famous for. I fly through her poems for some reason and that's what makes me pick up her poetry whenever there available to me, usually through Storytel.

Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with both the e-ARC and the audiobook for review. I enjoyed listening to the audiobook especially since the author Aija Mayrock narrates it herself. However, I liked reading the poems myself more. Possibly, because instead of the spoken word which is over so quickly, you can reread the verses and stanzas you particularly like.

I recommend Dear Girl to those who has enjoyed The Princess Saves Herself in this One and anyone who likes poems about sisterhood.
