Heel fijn boekje voor jonge mensen over allerlei interessante zaken waar je vragen over kan hebben zoals je lijf, menstruatie en seks. Ik hoop dat het veel tieners zal helpen.
Zelf vond ik het ook fijn om weer eens te lezen. Ook als je wat ouder bent kan je er nog wat van opsteken. Daarnaast voelde het een beetje als een reis door mijn eigen tienertijd, van herkenbare situaties rondom ongesteld zijn tot tips die ik toen ook had willen weten.

I stand by that I like Laura Steven's YA better than her middle grade but I did enjoy the ending with the lore about the conflict between mermaids and sirens! Unfortunately I don't believe there will be a part 3? But maybe I'm wrong.

You Are A Sacred Place has a gorgeous art style as well as a beautiful message. I would recommend it to anyone who feels bad about the current state of the world.
The only thing that took me out of the reading experience is the religious side of the text which was fine and not that present but it was distracting to me nonetheless.
