I really enjoyed Such a Fun Age. I fell in love with the relationship between Emira and Briar. I related with Emira's job related struggles as someone in the middle of her twenties.

Kiley Reid wrote very interesting characters. And although I usually do not vibe with literary fiction, Such a Fun Age was a good fit for me. The conversations around performative allyship made me reflect on myself as well. Alix was also a very interesting character to say the least.

Where Love & Gelato focused on a girl's relationship with her deceased mother and new father, and where Love & Luck focused on a girl's relationship with her brother, Love & Olives focuses on a girl's relationship with her father. With some romance on the side, of course. I love that Jenna Evans Welch's Love & books focus on these familial relationships as well as developing romantic ones. It gives the books more substance and explores the characters.

In Love & Olives, Liv goes to Greece to visit her estranged father who is obsessed with Atlantis. Liv explores the island of Santorini while they film a documentary for National Geographic about Atlantis. She becomes good friends with her father's protégée Theo who is filming the documentary and lives in the bookstore co-owned by Liv's father.

As a lover of Greek myth and the Disney movie Atlantis, I like that there was a lot of information about Atlantis in the story. I liked how the friendship between Theo and Liv developed. From bunkmates listening to French rap to something more. Overall, I really enjoyed the book.

Toen ik de sterkste was is een mooi verhaal over vriendschap tussen drie jongens in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Het is een beetje een "slice of life" boek, iets wat ik niet vaak lees, maar ik vond het erg leuk.

Talia Hibbert writes amazing romances and The Roommate Risk is no exception. Loved it. Great smut. Nice plot. I don't think I need more in a romance, to be honest. Highly recommend!

The art in Between Snow and Wolf is absolutely beautiful. The story is very cute. It is about a girl, Lila, who is afraid of snow. When her father does not return from a fishing trip so braves the outside world and learns about the magical forest around her.

I loved this so much! The voice actors were phenomenal! And I also really liked the story :) But most of all Jack Farrar's voice <33

TW: sexual assault; victim blaming; vrouwenhaat

Miller's kwetsbaarheid raakte me. Haar kracht inspireert me. De strijd strijden we samen.

Ik raad het boek aan, maar let goed op jezelf. Zeker de eerste hoofdstukken zijn heftig. Ik heb het rustig aan gelezen, want één hoofdstuk per dag was gewoon heftig.

I adored Legendborn. I did not want to stop reading the book. I want the sequel right now.

I loved Bree as the main character, her relationships with the other characters. The magic. I loved the action scenes. I loved the little sprinkle of romance. The secret society. The way history is woven through the story as well is incredible. I eat these things up.

I really, really recommend Legendborn.

I listened to the audiobook while reading along with my ebook and that was a great experience for me. I also buddy read with a group and it was very nice to see everyone enjoying the book. We did not read it at the exact same time so it was fun to see everyone loving and reading certain scenes and what their reactions were.

Thank you so much to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with an e-ARC of the graphic edition of On Tyranny.

This graphic edition of [b:On Tyranny: Twenty Lessons from the Twentieth Century|33917107|On Tyranny Twenty Lessons from the Twentieth Century|Timothy Snyder|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1484763736l/33917107._SY75_.jpg|54882949] by Timothy Snyder and illustrated by Nora Krug is so incredibly timely and important. Although it is very focused on the US the lessons are very universal since the far right and fascism seem to be on the rise all over the world. This edition is just as long as the original book so I believe none of the information is lost. The illustrations and photos that are added in this edition support the message of the author and inform the reader.

I would recommend this book in the graphic edition of the normal edition to everyone.

I finished In a Holidaze within a day... Oops. This rarely happens to me. But it was such a nice read and commuting back and forth from work surely helped. I loved the couple and the Groundhog Day twist made for a nice read. Childhood friends to lovers is an amazing trope and it fits well with the holiday and snowy setting.

If you are looking for a nice seasonally read, I would really recommend In a Holidaze. Christina Lauren does not disappoint.
