Under Rose-Tainted Skies follows Norah who has OCD and angoraphobia. She rarely leaves the house. Then she gets new neighbours, including Luke and the two start talking and watching movies at Norah's place. It's an own voices book since Norah's story highly reflects the author's.
I enjoyed Norah's journey and I like how it ended realistically.

Beautiful. This is a beautiful book.
One follows conjoined twins Grace and Tippi. Told from Grace's point of view, the book follows the twins as they go to high school for the first time.
Beautifully told in verse, it blew me away.

It is so dark. Adelina reminds me of a more messed up version of Azula from Avatar the Last Airbender. I didn't take any notes and I don't want to spoil it so I will just say if you like Azula and want to follow a character like her, definitely pick up this series!
This was such a nice read! (I feel like I say this almost everything I finish a book)
I excepted that this book would be a contemporary romance only but it was much more than that.
Eliza and her Monsters is about Eliza aka LadyConstellation who is the creator of the very popular Monsterous Sea. Eliza is very introverted and doesn't really talk to anyone at school. She also does not have the best relationship with her parents and younger brothers because Eliza sees them as too different from her and thinks that they just don't understand her. This changes when Wallace switches to her school in October.
Eliza has a great character arc. There is a great family dynamic in here.
I liked the friendship turned romance between Eliza and Wallace.
I thought Eliza's drawings that were included were great even though I thought the parts with text were okay. It does help to connect more with the characters since most of them are all big Monsterous Sea fans. I just wish that those parts that were shown to us as the readers would connect more with what was going on with Eliza's story.
I do think Wallace was really self-centred after Eliza's identity as LadyConstellation came out. God. That is also the reason for the four stars and that this book is not a favourite romance. Because I really loved Wallace, I found it cute that he asked if he could kiss Eliza. Oh, and the email! Ultimately, it was probably very human. Maybe I have been away from fandom too long to find it such a big deal that Eliza kept her identity as LadyConstellation secret from him. To me, it didn't seem like such a big deal as Wallace found it to be.
I definitely would recommend it to you if you loved Fangirl since the book does include parts of Eliza's webcomic. And even if you thought Fangirl was just okay (like me) I would still recommend it.
