The story overall was compelling. I did not like the male characters and I'm glad with how they ended up. This is a story about female empowerment and how male-dominated industries try to silence women and things that don't make males look good. 

I under no circumstances understand what happened at the end. 

The romance didn't start until the last quarter of the book.

I didn't actually feel like this was a romance. It felt more like a friendmance.
