Two women get into an elevator but only one steps out alive. This thriller was a page turner for sure that covered a lot of different angles. I felt a little lost sometimes, but it was a fun read.

I don’t really read horror but enjoyed the story and pacing of this. I also really liked that the main character was walking us though it by comparing it to popular and lesser known horror movies. That was a great primer.

This was an interesting concept. The Circle meets Lord of the Flies, meets Resident Evil, but I but I felt plot dropped in the middle and the second half of the book get jumbled and rushed.

“The Charm Offensive” is a MM romance set on a bachelor-esque style show but the main contest falls for his handler! The romance is slow burn with some of the best handling of catching feelings I have read in a contemporary romance in a long time. Absolutely adorable, feel good romance. Don’t sleep on this one!
Also bonus points for the casual mention of one of my favorite TV shows, “The Expanse”.

A Marquess posing as a footman in a classic tale of revenge on a mapmaker who wrong him. Then he falls for the lady of the house who also has a secret. This book was delightful. I love the golden retriever energy her male characters have and that her women are written with such drive and self assurance. Great read! A lovely addition to this series.
