I’m not much into writing reviews, especially for books that have been published for quite sometime and have lots of written reviews anyway.... but I loved this book! The last chapters had me in tears for pretty much all the time. As a mom, what Kate faced is my greatest unspoken fear but if it becomes my reality I hope that I can face it in the same way as Kate. I’ve never had a bff like Kate and Tully are but this book shows how love, no matter who or what the circle of love includes in your life, is all that matters.

I’m not sure I enjoyed this book. There were times when it dragged on and it felt like there was nothing happening. It wasn’t a page turner. I didn’t feel compelled to read on but did just to find out what the real truth was. I even took a long break between starting and finishing it to read other books.
The last chapter was not exciting. And the last scene of the visit was strange. I felt there was more to write to come to a finished ending for Thursday. I turned the page to find that was it.
So, like I wrote, I. Not sure I enjoyed this book.
