🩸Girl screw everybody in this book except Maddie
🩸Was the podcast woman Maddie? It sounds weird, but I’m just wondering based on the last section
🩸Jules should’ve choked and dropped ****
🩸Wendy’s “good deed” in the end didn’t absolve her from anything, so it’s still screw her
🩸They all treated Maddie like crap and immediately started coddling her too. That was weird for me and it was mostly the teacher and Kenny
🩸Homegirl tried to redeem Kenny and nah, screw that. He struggled, yes, but he was complicit. And I’m convinced the only reason he was drawn to Maddie was b/c he saw her as a “less threatening” Black person. That her her psychic abilities

🩸I loved the podcast aspect and the full cast audiobook. Definitely a great approach

🩸I hate that Jules really got away with this. Like she was horrible and the catalyst for a lot of stuff, but somehow this ended up being Maddie and Wendy’s fault (Wendy definitely had fault too, but Jules was the worst of the worst). Somehow Maddie still came out the villain and I don’t like that smh
