I did like this book but it def feel flat for me. I really enjoyed the school setting and the characters training to be spies. But i really had a hard time with such a focus on the romance being the major force in this girl life. I wanted the story to move past it faster and it did not. I heard the series gets better and I def want to cont. reading soon. The characters were not as compelling as i wanted them to be. But overall it was fun read.

I really loved this book. I loved the diversity in this story and loved just the world building so much. I loved easy the represnrtion was built in the story and all the characters that we meet. We did meet so many characters so sometimes the details of who was connected to who confused me a tad but it was such a fun read. I loved the political elements of the story and also the "powers" these kids had. I loved the unexpected twists that happened in the story and will def tune in of for the sequel book in this series.

Such a good read! Still one of my favorite of the series for sure!

This book is a very unique premise. But the character to me was super un likable and it was hard to like her and feel connected enough to care about what happen to the the characters. The plot was compelling because I was intrigued to see what happen and if this story would gain a fantasy twist. I just really found myself agreeing with all the other characters about the lead character actions and the character was hard to enjoy reading about even though the story was compelling.

I really loved this book so much. I was really impressed by both the world building but also he main character and how much she grew thought this novel. It was a so well crafted. I loved how the story alternated between the story and also the stories that are considered forbidden in this world. I was shocked by the twists that occurred in this book and really was impressed by them. It was fast pace read and I just loved the dragons roll in this story. I really want to know what happens next!

i like this the different version of events of evil willow if her path and time as evil went longer. I did like how we got into all the lead characters heads and really see how the lack of willow would effect them. I also like the role of tara in the book and am curious to see where the book series goes next!

I loved this ending so much. I was really impressed by this ending and also the heist. I just loved how side characters became a focus and also all the hi-jynx along the way. I think Kat is one of my favorite ally carter characters. I was so impressed by this story and some parts really suprised me. It was such a fun fast read. I rec. this series if you love heist book but also strong females :)

I really enjoyed this book. I thought the atmosphere of this book was prefect for this time of year. It was nice balance between time travel novel and just supernatural book overall. I thought the world building for the novel was done in easy to understand way. I really did enjoy all the characters but I loved henry a lot. The book had some predictable twists but some other were so well done. I thought the end of the book was rushed and would have loved more explanation at the end or even an epilogue. It was prefect fall read and def put him the fall mood.

I really loved the world building. I have been watching the t.v show so in some ways i enjoy the characters on the t.v a bit more a bit more humans and more "real" then the characters in the novel. But i am excited to read more in this series!

I loved this book so much! I really enjoyed both main characters a lot and this book was about so much more then a school for superheros.. it was about what makes you a hero and what makes you a villain and when do we need to stand up for our own self. I loved the world in this book and felt like she took the time to develop it and it was so good. It was such a fun read with some unexpected twists and turns along the way. I got a new book boyfriend out of the book but it was so good! I can't wait to re-read and see what happens in book 2!
