I really enjoyed this read, I thought this sequel was stronger then the first book in the series. I also really liked the new setting that we got to explore. I also loved how this book tackled racism, prejudice, the truth of history and also pure adventure. I loved that friendship was at the heart of the story. I also loved how the world building explored. I am so excited to get around to book 3!!

I thought this was such a fun take on a cozy mystery. I also really liked how focus this was on a asian family and also loved the wedding elements. I also really loved the romance was also at the heart of it was flash for the past romance. I thought some of the elements/ mystery elements of this book could be predictable and a tad implausible but it still made me laugh and put a smile on my face. I also loved the pacing of this read and just was a happy book. I also loved all the twists and turns at the end and excited to read more books in this series in the future.

I don't have much to say about this read but I really loved the audio elements that made me feel like i was listening to a movie. I also loved the fast pace plot and the realtionship that was the heart of this read!!

I also really enjoyed the main character and how this tackled so many contempory issues like sexuality, friendship and more. It was a fast pace read but I also really like how this book was structured before and Present. I also liked how this book focused on friendship and also just a tale of bi main character and how that developed. It was super fun read, and will def read more by this author in the future.

I also really enjoyed how it handled with harder topics like police behavior, prejudice, murder and fun cast of side characters. I also really loved the mystery at the heart of it. I also really enjoyed the read as mystery and found that element to be super fast pace. I also liked all the romantic possibilities that were set up and the family and the restaurant was the kicker. I can't wait for book 2!!

I have never read a potion ivy story before. But I really enjoyed this read. I also liked and really enjoyed the LGBTQ romance that was at the heart of it. I also really liked how this story had a darke twist and harder issues at the heart of this story like complicated family dynamics and more. I really loved how the world and how it was built. It was super fast pace read and ONE that I will def check out book 2!!

I really enjoyed this read. I found this book to be super fun and loved the characters so much. I also really loved the Ziva and at the heart of it was her dealing with anxiety and how the affected her. I also really enjoy both the quest elements but also the rag tag bunch of heroes. I have never read a book with blacksmith main character and was super captivated by that elements. At the heart of this book was also the sister realtionship and this book was fast adventure story, that i FLEW through. I am super excited to get my hands on book 2!!

I really enjoyed this book so much. This book has def become my favorite series overall in the grisha verse. I really loved how this book combined so many characters from the previous series!! I also loved how this story really wrapped up both of those previous series but also set up a new world. I was equally invested in all the POV characters and found this book to fast pace adventure. These book had some massive gasp moments, that I never saw coming. I really enjoyed seeing Nickolie path through this read! I found this book to be a delight!!
