Just over 30%, too slow going for my current mood

Not for me - DNF 9%

I was expecting something spookier, not a fairly trite romance.

I really can't stand the MC, and this book just drags so much. DNF 10%

This is just not for me. The writing style prevents me from getting engaged, I don't like or care about any of the characters, and the animal violence is very off putting for me. DNF 23%

So slow and disjointed. I need something to hook me before 17% - DNF

Neither of us liked this book.

DNF 36% - I am so bored, I don't even have the energy to hate the characters, but I pretty much hate the characters. This isn't working for me.

I liked Elizabeth Little’s first book in audio so I may give that a try, but on page this is boring and annoying

Representation felt very forced, and the intersection between the flashbacks, game, and present day were just confusing and distracting.
