Holy heck! This was so good. Definitely an interesting world! I love how she sets it to connect to the other worlds like TOG and ACOTAR. I feel like out of all her books this one drew me in the quickest. The Throne of Glass series has my heart but it did take a few books for me to really get invested but this book had me hooked for the get-go! Most definitely thinking I’m going to start the second one tomorrow!

This book jumped around a lot. It was slow going and didn’t really make me feel like I needed to keep reading, so I’d read a little put it down and come back to it later. Was definitely not a fast paced thriller. I did enjoy the ending, I felt it was a good wrap up.

Really enjoyed Neve’s story! Hers was much darker and thought provoking than Red’s. Was a really easy read. I felt super engaged throughout the book. Definitely a unique story!

This had a lot of viewpoints. I usually have a hard time with too many viewpoints but I found that it worked with this book! It allowed you to get a sense of all the characters from varying perspective which really added to the story. Good ending but I had hoped for just a little more.

Did not see that coming! Had an inkling and I was wrong!

I had high hopes for this book but it fell flat for me. The FMC really bothered me, she just couldn’t let it go. Then they were lovers then they weren’t then they were. Too much back and forth for me. Some unexpected surprises which did help but don’t think I’ll continue on once the next book is out.

Have been really loving this series! Lots of emotions, growth, and revelations in this book. Thea is such a well rounded FMC. Only one more book to go and I’m not sure I’m ready for it to end!

I can’t even process. That CLIFFHANGER though. Like I just can’t. I just don’t even know how this is going to end up playing out in the last book but I know I need to start it immediately! Bryce is such a strong FMC! What a freaking world! Lots of revelations. Lots of action. Lots of well everything.

Really enjoyed this! Interesting concept and execution! The FMC was really down to earth and true to herself even with the hard decisions she was making. Excited to continue the series.

Absolutely devoured this. Is an audible original so I of course listened to it and man it was so good! Has a full cast and lots of intrigue! Was super realistic and seemed very high stakes! Wasn’t predictable for me at all. Highly recommend! Was a quick listen!
