The soft black love & the high emotional intelligence that was displayed in this book was magnificent. I knew from Cartel & Adina’s book that Alaina had been through some stuff but I never imagined she would have to deal with her POS ex the way she had to in this book (but I did say when reading the prologue she should’ve ended him). Tristan did get on my nerves but her character growth was really good. Listennnn Rosevelt is a good man Savannah a real good man. Like top tier book boyfriend. However, my favorite character has to be Ms. Junie baby girl stole my heart. She had me laughing, crying, melting & everything. 

The way I ate this book up is crazyyy but it’s sooo good. I feel like the men in this series just keeps getting crazier & better, but at the same time I kinda feel like Dom’s trickery was a little bit more mild in comparison to Nero & King but wtbs of you liked King then you will definitely love Dom. This series is definitely one of my fav. Of the year & I definitely didn’t expect that ending which has my waiting for the next book & also wondering who the FMC is going to be cause I know it can’t be Aspen

3.75… the book was okay. The trope/theme of the book was definitely different & intriguing but to me it didn’t meet the expectation that I had due to how hype it is on tiktok. But the book is not a bad book & I would even recommend it to others. I do wish the time jumps could’ve been labeled at the beginning of the chapter but other than that I can’t wait until Lachlan & Larks book

I feel like this book was a little bit slower than mile high but it was definitely still angsty. The tension between the characters was at an all time high. I loved how quiet love was explained and showed. Ryan Shay was amazing & Indy was too. I will say that I’m expecting Kai to steal my heart though 🤷🏾‍♀️

Listennnnn Landon was & wasn’t exactly what I expected him to be. He was obsessed with Mia from the beginning & wasn’t shy about admitting it. I also love how Rina has her MMCs express that they may have these personality disorders or may be psychos, etc. but they are still capable of loving the FMC & it’s shown in action before it’s ever said. Also Mia is probably my favorite FMC from this series. 

Normani I got on my nerves & turned me off real quick

In book 2 we’re starting to see some growth that the characters are starting to show & it’s soo cute. I wish all of the Diaz girls happiness & love but I know when Wesson taps out it’s gone hurt the heck outta them. I feel like book 3 gone have me choking up 🥺

I love T’Lyn & I’ve read some banging books by her but this one I just feel like the plot fell a little flat for me. It was like I was feeling it & I could tell the direction it was going in but then it took a detour & failed. & then at times I felt like Nilou was acting dumb & was unable to put two & two together.
