Kami does it every single time. That woman knows she can write a love story. 

I’m new to the fantasy genre but I feel like this is what world building is. Taking the time to slowly develop & explain the inner workings of the story’s setting as well as the characters & their backgrounds, etc. Despite the book being slow it kept me intrigued & wanting more. I was constantly trying to put the clues together & figure out wtf is going on **SPOILER ALERT*** we don’t figure out what’s going by the end of this book. It actually ends on a huge mysterious cliffhanger. 

Warning: I MAY be in a reading slump I’m not quite sure…however, the only thing that stopped me from giving this book a solid 3 is the spice. The MMC is this book was sooo nasty. The spicy scenes were reallly good. Other than that the book was okay. 

The plot ended up pissing me off & turnt me all the way off & I felt like it was going into predictable territory. I felt like the FMC was going to continue to make dumb stupid decisions 🤷🏾‍♀️

This book was sooo good. I looove when the MMC has a unique way for sending people to be hell. This is by far the best one I’ve seen. Zoo/Rosier was that ninja fr. I also loved how Gabby was traumatized & inexperienced but she still had a personality & a back bone. She may let certain stuff slide but she was not afraid to check somebody who continuously disrespected her. This book was sooo good & I hope we get a book about Jules & then one for Noemi. 

I’m not even gone hold you the FMC in this one got on my nervesssss. She was waay to scary & to meek for me. There was no amount of spice or spark in her. There was nothing strong about her besides the fact that she endured what she did from her stepbrother. Other than that this book was really good. 

This book was soooo good. When I say I want a country mmc with BDE this is what I meannnnn. Bass was everything that I’ve been missing in country romance books. He could run a farm & then turn around & be possessive of Peyton. Bass is a man okay. He’s a good man Savannah. I loved this & I hope Shanel makes it a series or gives us more of this. 

This was a slow burn dark romance involving mask play, knife play, mild stalker play, an MMC who is lowkey a cinnamon roll, an FMC who is a trauma nurse but can be deadly. The book overall was good. The plot & spice was equally there. I liked the perspective and dilemma that Josh went through concerning who his father was. 

This was the final part of this series but I feel like it was the messiest. Secrets galore was coming out the closets   Had me side eyeing Giovanna because ma’am

Aye somebody tell them vanducci girls to act like the boss bi+ches that they are. Also that cliffhanger was wild af 😂😂
