Please give me more books with well researched, but not well known, badass women of ancient times. 💜 This author has quickly become a must read for me. Her stories completely captivate and suck me in to the point where I have to know what happens, regardless of the time. Who needs sleep anyway? 😅

I love how these stories are about people who are mostly unheard of in the general history books (outside of Booker T. Washington and Rosa Park, but the author delivers more of their stories). It was a highly engaging listen; I know simultaneously feel like I know so much more about America’s history and need to do a LOT more research. Highly recommend!
