A quick read about a sister who is torn between family loyalty and saving the man she loves.

It was an interesting idea and it was written well but I just didn’t connect with the characters or get understand the deeper reason for why her sister was killing all these men.

Another Great Book from TJR!

This is the story of a woman who has played the world to get what she wants and now she is at the end of her life she wants to share her story, for reasons that are relived as the book goes on.

I find Taylors writing style completely capturing, I get so drawn in and am 100% invested in finding out what happens. I love the imagery and the way the story lines made you think about how difficult those times must have been and how the world has changed so much in such a short period of time.

This is the story of a young girl who when abandoned by her family, survives. We follow her struggles to feed herself, buy essentials, learn to read, mature into womanhood and most of all to learn to trust other people when all she has ever know is people abandoning her.

The writing is excellent and creates such a vivid picture of the marshes that you get completely drawn in.

What can I say about this book that is unlike any I have read before!

I initially put off reading this as I have an irrational fear of clowns and for me circus=clowns=no go! How wrong I was, there was nots clown in sight in this book! The descriptions were beautiful written, completely immersive and left me wishing I could visit this incredible place!

I really enjoyed it and the only reason it’s four instead of five stars is because the chopping between years got a little much to follow at times.

A moving story of how two people help each other though difficult periods of time.

I thought the writing was great and I really became invested in the characters.

I was tempted to give four stars but then i realised that was because I wanted the happy ending that I then would have criticised if it had been written! I just wanted Will to say he loved her though!!!

This was only a snippet from the new book so not a full review but from that I have read, I am dying to read the rest! Cecelia just has such a fantastic talent for writing, you feel connected with the characters and engaged with the story within the first few chapters.

This was a good thriller full of twists and turns. I believe it is part of a series but it is the first one as I have read and it worked fine as a stand alone for the majority of the book. However I do think that reading the previous novels would help believe that the main character could jump to the least believe conclusions so quickly and may make you more invested in him.
Also It seemed to end very quickly after a long build up but other than that I enjoyed it and would recommend to a friend.

I really enjoyed this book and finished it within 24 hours! The characters really draw you in and I even felt torn as to which boy I wanted her to end up with!

Marking down as I love these series but I feel like the ending was really rushed, barely mentions what happens after the explosion, would have been perfect for Luc and Ava to sort thing but but yet again they haven’t got together, probably so that there is enough for another book! But I will read the next one and the crimes are always very well described so can’t rate any lower :)

I just absolutely loved this book, left me wishing the band was real so I could listen to the songs after I had finished! I was expecting a much bigger twist at the end but it written so well that I wasn’t disappointed when there wasn’t!
