This is a short and steamy doctor romance. Alex and Jen had insta chemistry which led to a hot weekend together that changed both of their lives. There is no denying the attraction between Alex and Jen, even after years and years it didn’t seem to change. Of course, there had to be a little drama in the story to mess with the characters.
If you are looking for a sexy, hot doctor romance then this is one for you. It was a pretty quick read and can easily be done in one sitting.

K.M. Daniels is a new author and Sunshine & Spotlights is her debut novel, but you’d never know it by reading it. I was completely hooked on this story from the moment I started reading. I couldn’t put it down and ended up reading it in one sitting.

Leah is so related about as a character. I loved how real she was. Her struggles with her own body image are real and comparing yourself to those around you. I don’t know a single woman who hasn’t felt that way at some point in their life. She works hard to take care of her little sister and her Gramma after being plagued by tragedy at such a young age. She does everything for everyone else and doesn’t take time for herself.

Stephen is a rock star. He lives his life on the road, going from city to city on tour. One day that tour brings him to a little dinner in Pennsylvania where he is smitten by Leah. She isn’t like the normal woman he is always around, she really didn’t know who he was at first.

Will Stephen be able to show Leah that he truly wants her? Will Leah be able to overcome her own insecurities and fears and live her life?

I ABSOLUTELY loved this story. The chemistry between Leah and Stephen was perfect. The story was sweet, it was heartbreaking, and it was steamy. I was captivated by their story and was truly rooting for them to have a happy ending. Leah and Stephen could help each other in ways no one else could.

This is a MUST read of 2019 for me and one that I know I will be reading over and over again.

This is the first book I’ve read from Betty Maxine and I love a good marriage of convenience romance. This one checked a lot of boxes for me and it was a super enjoyable and fairly quick read.

I love the banter between Betty and Ryder from the very start. These two are definitely great at keeping each other on their toes. They both enjoy the challenge and challenging each other. The chemistry between them felt like a little bit of a slow build to me, but I still enjoyed it and watching their relationship grow throughout.

There were struggles on both sides and I loved being able to see that. It wasn’t just masked by happiness and unicorns. It made the story feel more real. This story was sweet and the ending really surprised me. I didn’t want it to end, I wanted more of the story and more of these characters.

This was a fantastic story and I can’t wait to read more from Betty Maxine in the future.

THIS BOOK. It was completely unexpected. I went in thinking it was going to go one direction and it went the complete opposite. This book shattered everything inside my soul.

Britney and Deacon are siblings, Kade is their best friend, Deacon’s partner and has been crushing on Britney since they were children. However, he made a pact with his best friend when they were children, he wouldn’t date his sister. However, the chemistry between Britney and Kade is undeniable. They are drawn to each other, there is a strong connection to them. You can only avoid that kind of chemistry for so long.

This story GUTTED me. It was emotional. I was crying my eyes out in the middle of the night reading it. My heart was breaking. This story shows that you don’t always know what someone is going through and how one event can make such a significant impact on them and those around them.

I went into this book completely blind, I don’t read blurbs and I was surprised. I wasn’t expecting it to end on a cliffhanger and I’m already dying for book two and to see how the rest of the story is going to go.

There are events that occur in this book that may be hard to read, so it may not be for everyone. Weight of the Badge is an unexpected, emotional, best friend’s little sister romance and a MUST READ.

One Sassy butcher + Two Sexy Chefs = one steamy romance!

Charlie is a BA. She worked hard and is now running her families butcher shop and is amazing at it. I love that she doesn’t put up with anyone who thinks she can’t do her job. Kade is a veteran and a chef. He has some pain from his past that he is still struggling with at times. Jaxson is a chef, best friends with Kade and also dealt with pain in his past, but has moved on from it a little better than Kade.

Charlie, Kade and Jaxson have instant chemistry. The two men balance each other out but are missing something and Charlie easily fits in with them and is the missing piece. I loved their relationship and how natural it felt and how well the three of them just worked together.

If you’re looking for a steamy, MFM novella to warm you up on the cold winter nights this one is a MUST READ!

I LOVE the Wild Minds series and each of the couples are amazing, but Henry and Eden take the cake for being my absolute favorites in the series.

Henry is the bassist for Wild Minds, he doesn’t date or really even do relationships. Throughout the series he is kind of the quiet one, we never really learned a whole lot about him but he sure does shine and you can’t help but instantly fall in love with him. I LOVED Eden. She is full of fire and passion when it comes to producing music and of course, tacos. She is determined to make a name for herself without using her older brother, Keith’s fame. Eden has had a crush on Henry for as long as she can remember, he is her brother’s best friend and she grew up around him, but she never thought she would have a chance with him. Until one night at a club and it was perfect, until he found out who she was.

The chemistry between Henry and Eden is off the charges. The tension that is brewing between them is addictive and when they are together, well make sure you have a fan handy because you will need it many many many times! These two are so perfect for each other and I love that neither one of them tries to change the other, they accept each other for who they are, imperfections and all.

I am so sad to see this series coming to an end because I have fallen in love with Jasper, Gus, Keith and Henry and I’m just not ready to say good bye to them. Each of their stories is different but will hit you in an unexpected way.

Hudson is the third and final co-owner of Blue Mountain and I feel like little is known about him, so I am super excited to learn about him and get to know the final owner.

Hudson and Erin are both struggling with things in their lives. Erin not being accept to vet school and Hudson being the fifth wheel with his co-owners and the women who love them.

There is an instant attraction between the two of them and when they get caught by Erin’s parents the next morning the first thing Hudson thinks of is to claim to be Erin’s fiancé. I loved the chemistry between the two of them and I love that they were able to share their problems and their feelings with each other so easily.

I loved that Hudson got his chance to experience his happily ever after, especially after seeing his friends get theirs. It was well worth the wait and I couldn’t get enough of him and Erin’s relationship.
