I LOVED this book and I loved Weston and Abbi!

Abbi works at a bar that the Moo U hockey team frequents, Weston is a hockey player. When he puts up a flyer to be a boyfriend for hire for Thanksgiving Abbi jumps at the chance to have him be a buffer with her family.

I loved the friendship that Abbi and Weston developed while spending time together fake dating. They truly became best friends, but there was so much chemistry brewing between them. They could only deny the growing connection between them for so long.

Weston is amazing. He is sweet, playful, caring, protective. He was seriously perfect, minus the man is afraid of commitment thanks to his family. Abbi is smart, hardworking, and just an overall catch. The two of them are truly perfect for each other.

Rip and McKenna have known each other practically their whole lives. McKenna has always had a crush on Rip and it really wasn’t any secret, well except to him. Rip had always felt something for McKenna, but didn’t want start anything and have her not go after her dream.

I loved the friendship between Rip and McKenna from the start. You could see how much he cared about her and how he was protective of her, even when they were children. There was always something bringing them together. As they got older that protectiveness was still there and Rip wasn’t going to let go of the woman who has always had his heart. There are so many sweet moments between them, some steamy moments and some swoony moments.

The secondary characters in this story add so much to the overall story and to their relationship. I couldn’t get enough of them.

Forever After All was such a beautiful story from the sweet moments in the prologue to the beautiful epilogue that had me shedding a tear or two.

Her love for her family is strong and she is caring. She is just your average small town girl.

There is some unresolved business between the two of them, but for them to have any hope for a future they need to resolve the events of the past. It isn’t always easy for Kyle and Abbey but life has a way of working out in the end.

The moment Summer and Ethan see each other again there is an instant connection. I loved the friendship between them and the relationship that developed between them throughout the story. I loved the sweetness between them and of course, the steaminess between them.

When the book started Summer was kind of lost and I loved the growth of her throughout the story, finding herself and finding a place that feels like home to her, along with the people that make her feel like home.

Isabel has returned to the town she fled years prior. Her life may seem like it is perfect and she has everything going for her, but it is all smoke and mirrors. Logan is a firefighter, has known Isabel for years, works with her brother and has been burned by women in his past.

I liked Isabel. She wasn’t afraid to take on a task and had no problem with getting her hands a little dirty. She loves helping people and you can feel the joy that brings her coming off the pages. I loved seeing her growth and her confidence grow throughout the course of the story. Logan was frustrating at times, but I couldn’t help but love him. He was letting the past get in the way of his future, but he was also protecting himself. However, he is caring and protective.

The chemistry between Logan and Isabel is hot enough you’ll need to call the fire department and I couldn’t get enough of the two of them together.

I can’t wait for more of this series and getting to know more about the men in the firehouse.

They have also been in love with each other for as long as they both can remember, however, they never made their feelings known to the other.

I loved everything about Emme and Landon. Their friendship is beautiful. They truly care about each other and have shown that they will be there for each other no matter what. There is massive amounts of chemistry between the two of them, too. When a fake engagement turns into real dating and real feelings are quickly revealed things quickly escalate and I quickly fell in love with their relationship, too.

Fool for You had pretty much no drama, which was amazing. It had a beautiful friendship that turned into something so much more, but still beautiful. Emmerson and Landon’s families were great additions and I loved both of their families and the bonds that they all have. Everything about this story is perfect from start to finish. A great addition to the Southern Bride series!

I absolutely loved the Mitchell sisters and when I found out there was a next gen series coming out I was super exciting and Texas Orchids did not disappoint in any way. Yes, you can easily read this book without having read the Mitchell sisters books, but I highly recommend reading that series because it is amazing.

Maddox and Andie had a connection the moment they saw each other, as brief as it was. Now ten years later they see each other again and there is still a connection. Maddox is at a point of his life where he doesn’t really know what he wants to do, he has tried working for all the different businesses his family owns, but when his grandmother passes away, he stays on the family ranch in Texas. Andie grew up on the ranch, she loves animals and is now a vet for Devils Horn Ranch and several other ranches in the area.

I loved the chemistry between Maddox and Andie. They started out as strangers, quickly became friends and slowly turned into something more. Maddox is instantly protective of Andie. There are so many sweet moments between them throughout the story. I loved seeing Maddox find himself and discover what he truly wants to do with his life.

Since this is a next gen series, I loved getting more of the Mitchell sisters and the rest of the family. I can’t wait for more of the series and more of this group that I have completely fallen in love with.

This book. I have no words. It kept me up until 2am. I cried through 90% of the story. I fell in love with the characters. I felt their pain. I felt their joy. I felt so many emotions from start to finish.

Jack and Stella are perfect together. They are truly each other’s soulmates and the two of them deserve all the happiness in the universe. Though, their journey hasn’t been easy. Its been full of secrets that they share. It’s been full of pain and heartbreak. These two have loved each other for years, yet the avoided each other for years. Neither one of them really dated or wanted anyone else.

I LOVED Jack. He was hurt and he dealt with the best way he knew how. Ignore it, try not to think about it, because it is too late now and there isn’t anything he can do. I loved how much he cared for Stella, even if he tried to avoid it. He didn’t want to hurt or ruin his friendship with her older brother. He stepped up when he was needed, he put in the effort even though he knew that it could potentially destroy him all over again. Stella, my heart hurt for her. Though to do what she did is powerful, but I love that she got little glimpses and could hold a part of her heart that was lost. The two of them are beautiful together. They have so much chemistry. So much love for each other.

This is just one of those stories that you need to read for yourself. There aren’t enough words or the right words to describe how this story will make you feel and the love for Jack and Stella.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE River and Owen! Their story just warmed my heart and soul and left me with a huge smile on my face.

River, who you may remember from the Men of Summer series, and Owen have been best friends for years. They made a pact with each other to never cross any lines and never go out of the friendzone despite the crazy amounts of chemistry and attraction between the two of them. But sometimes lines are meant to be crossed.

I loved everything about these two. Their friendship, the easy-going connection the two of them have. The banter between them. Everything just felt so natural. They care about each other and have had each other’s backs for years. Getting stuck in a cabin thanks to some snow and a rather fun game of would you rather caused the chemistry between the was simmering beneath the surface to boil over.

Their story is fun, it is sweet and it is just one that makes you smile. These two men are best friends and have some insane chemistry that progressing into something more and realizing what is right in front of them is perfection.

Nadia and Crosby have been friends for years, Crosby is also best friends with Nadia’s brother. Crosby needs a plus one for Nadia’s brother wedding, so why don’t they just go together? They both have feelings for each other, but never really took it any further….at least until the wedding.

There is plenty of steam, laughs and emotions mixed in throughout this story. I love that Nadia is a strong woman, working hard with the NFL she inherited from her father and she isn’t afraid to go after what she wants. Crosby, even though he is a professional baseball player, doesn’t come across as arrogant, but will make you swoon.

I loved that both these characters were successful in their careers and neither of them let that cause any issues with their relationship, other than the distance can be a pain. I loved the chemistry between Nadia and Crosby. Why not enter into a friends with benefits type of relationship? No strings, no mess and no complications, especially for two people who aren’t looking for anything right now. I loved seeing their connection and their feelings grow the more time they spend together and the more they get to know each other.
