Addie and Gannon were high school sweethearts, however, they both had different plans and goals for their future. Instead of trying to make things work, then end up breaking up with a hope that the future will bring them back together.

The love these two have for each other is beautiful and charming. I loved their story. Their chemistry. The way they cared about each other. I couldn’t get enough of it. I love that their breakup wasn’t full of drama and animosity, just the pain of letting go of the person you love.

I am counting down the days to return back to this small town and lovable characters!

This is just a feel good story. Tae and Riggs are both going through their own things and both of them have their walls up. Yet, they are drawn to each other and the more time they spend together those walls slowly start to lower.

I loved all the moments that Tae and Riggs shared throughout the story. I love the growth that they both had has individuals and together. They both have overcome a lot to get where they are.

I love how much the secondary characters play a roll in this book, especially Tae’s mom, April. She played a major roll when it came to Tae’s overall story and I love how it all played out in the end.

This story was the perfect start to a new series and spinoff of the Southern series.

It’s been four years since Harlow and Travis have seen each other. Travis didn’t expect to see Harlow again, let alone at his wedding. Harlow was just holding up her end of a promise and looking for closure of the past. However, that isn’t what happened….

I loved this story from start to finish. I love the chemistry between Travis and Harlow. Even after four years and not seeing each other they easily could pick up where they left off and the spark never left. I love that Travis knew he screwed up years ago and he wasn’t about to let that happen again. I loved that this was very low drama and it was a great mixture of swoon and spice.

I loved Travis’s sisters and I can’t wait to get more of them and their stories in the future books.

One tragic loss can be someone elses second chance.

Amelia is a former paralegal, she is planning a wedding to the love of her life. Oliver is suffering with heart failure and he needs a heart transplant, something he doesn’t think he will ever get. Amelia and Oliver are two strangers who have had a few random run ins with each other, but they do not know each other. They aren’t friends. They aren’t connected in any way….yet.

This is the first book in a duet and it does really set the scene. Though, I am curious to see how things are going to between Amelia and Oliver.

Harleigh and Nix grew up in The Row. They were best friends until one day everything changed between them. Now Harleigh is out of The Row and trying to adjust with a major change in her life.

Both Nix and Harleigh are broken. Yet, when they are together they feel like they are two parts of a whole. There is a lot between them that needs to be figured out and it takes some time for that to occur and only leads to many more questions. Despite everything that went down between them, there is still something there. They are drawn to each other and can sense each other when they are near one another.

I loved getting to know Nix, Harleigh, and their group of friends so I am excited to see what is going to happen next!

This is book one of a duet, so it does end on a cliffhanger.

If you’re looking for an angsty, emotional, second chance, friends to lovers romance this is one to check out.

From the moment Brighton and Luke meet on a blind date there was an instant connection. Their chemistry is off the charts and I couldn’t get enough of them. However, with Luke’s career it doesn’t make things easy, especially for Brighton.

I absolutely adored these two from the start! Brighton is just a loveable character. She enjoys her privacy and for her to continue a secret relationship for a year, I applaud her because that is a long time to keep things hidden. Luke does what he thinks is best for keeping Brighton out of the media and keep their relationship private, however, it also plays a part in their end. Despite, everything I loved seeing them reconnect and Luke winning back Brighton after everything that happened between the two of them.

I loved the bond that Luke formed with the other men in Boggy Creek. Seriously digging this bromance going on and I can’t wait to get more of it in the next book of the series!

Wes and Reagan are both interns going for the same position, however, after what happened last year at the company Christmas party they are sent to a teambuilding retreat=.

The enemies to lovers vibe is strong when it comes to these two and it’s as delicious as a Little Debbie’s Christmas Tree. I was eating it up and I couldn’t get enough of the back and forth banter between these two. Plus, the chemistry is off the charts! And when things finally come together……no need for a fire this holiday season cause Wes and Reagan are bringing all the heat!

I was laughing while reading this entire book. It is hilarious, it is spicy, and it is swoony. The whole team building retreat was fantastic and I was with the two of them on the cult vibes, but despite all of that it really forced the two of them together and forced them to actually talk to each other.

I can’t wait for the next Holiday!

This story is coming in hot. Trent see’s Gia and offers her one night of pure pleasure, no names, no details, just one night….until she shows up in his office a few days letter.

Trent isn’t one for relationships, he is a one and done type of man, however, the moment he sees Gia there is something different about her. Something that he can’t stay away from even though he knows that she should. Gia has left her old life behind for a new start in Vegas. She has a great new job and she doesn’t want to do anything to risk that, especially her new boss, Trent.

The chemistry between Trent and Gia is off the charts. The tension that is between them throughout the first half of this book is off the charts, but when they finally give in it is explosive. I absolutely loved the two of them and I loved how well they really work together, both in and out of the office.

Mason is a single dad and the new doctor in Seaside. He is also looking for a nanny, however, the one person he wants, Palmer, has no interest in the job. Palmer has her own business, but she also works a lot of other side jobs. She likes to stay busy. She doesn’t want the nanny position from Mason, however, she eventually agrees.

Mason and Palmer have a connection from the start. Palmer also has a great connection with Mason’s son, Charlie. I loved seeing Mason and Palmer fight their chemistry. I loved seeing Palmer form a deeper connection with Charlie and be such a great influence in his life.

I loved this story from start to finish and it has been my favorite of this series. I love the Seaside Chronicle and now the mission of who is behind it, I definitely have a guess. I can’t wait to see where things go next.

Miles is a Hollywood Star, he is in the spotlight constantly. Rylee, is a small town girl who just prefers to stay out of the spotlight. However, when the two of them meet on a movie set there was an instant connection.

I absolutely adored the two of them. I love that Rylee got to see the real Miles, the man that the media and the public doesn’t get a glimpse of. It really wasn’t hard for the two of them to truly fall for each other, but after filming is done they are both going their separate ways in life…but could the risk be worth it in the end?

I loved getting bits and pieces of the rest of the Bennett family throughout this one! I absolutely adore the entire family!

This story from start to finish just had me feeling everything and I loved it.
