Zaxton and Aurelia….oh how much I love these two. Each of them are broken in their own way, each of them working towards their own goals and closed off. From the moment they cross paths again there is distrust and attraction. The chemistry between these two is sizzling and banter between them was fantastic from start to finish. I completely devoured their story. I was absolutely hooked from start to finish.

Zaxton has been closed off to relationships since the loss of his girlfriend, though the man is no stranger to having some fun but he never lets things get serious. Aurelia hasn’t had the best life, she has been on her own from a young age. However, despite everything she has worked hard for everything she has earned. I loved her strength and determination. They are both broken, yet together they found a way to heal those broken pieces and knock down the walls.

I loved the secondary characters in this story from Lamar to Zaxton’s friends. I can’t wait to jump back into this series and this world.

If you’re looking for a forbidden, workplace, enemies to lovers, age gap, ex stepsiblings romance this is one to check out.

Sutton is just about to start her first year as a doctor. Her focus has been school and her career. However, she goes on a blind date set up by her best friend. The man is a doctor and about to leave for Africa, so perfect for Sutton so there are no further expectations. What she doesn’t expect is the man to be amazing and the date to be fantastic…she also doesn’t expect to see the man again, or that he is her new boss. Jacob is the eldest son of two doctors. He has spent his life working hard to get where he is and to continue to achieve more and more in his career like his parents.

From the moment they meet there is a spark and chemistry between Sutton and Jacob. Even after they discover they are working together, there is a ton of chemistry between them that they continue to try and fight. However, that can only last so long before they give in. Despite having to hide their relationship from their coworkers, they are good for each other. They are both supportive of each other’s careers and I love how well they balance each other out.

I loved Sutton and Jacob’s story and getting to know the Cove family. I am looking forward to more of this family.

Bristol has a lot going on in her life. She is working as a secretary for Will, who is rather demanding. She is trying to deal with her con artist of a father, and trying to give her twin siblings the best life she possibly can. Life is throwing punches at her and this causes her to do something she never thought she would do. Will is a complicated man. He doesn’t get close to people, he lives for fighting. He isn’t one to let someone get away with something but he likes to deal with things in his own way.

The chemistry between Will and Bristol was instant and continued to sizzle. It started out as blackmail, but evolved into something more and more emotional. However, there was still a wall between them. There is a lot of ups and downs. Sweet moments and cruel moments mixed in throughout this story.

This does end on a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see where things go for Will and Bristol. I am sure the twists and turns of their story isn’t over and there is plenty more to come.

If you’re looking for a workplace, enemies to lovers, dark romance this is one to check out.

The chemistry. The tension. The banter. Alex and Delaney were melting the snow in Badger Creek.

I absolutely loved this story. I was hooked from the moment I started reading. These two completely sucked me in. And that ending, I am DYING for book two because I need to know what happens next!

From the moment Alex and Delaney saw each other there was a connection. However, they both got a little surprise. There is some hilarious banter between these two and they really knew how to push eachothers buttons. But along with the dislike and button pushing, there are some sweet moments between the two of them that I absolutely adored. Especially when it came to Alex. He has the arrogant side to him, but also as an extremely caring and protective side.

I feel like there are some things Alex is hiding or details that haven’t completely come out and the same goes with Delaney, so I am curious to see how things continue to play out for them in that aspect.

I’ve completely fallen in love with Badger Creek and the characters that have been introduced.

Heath is a widow, he loves art and books, he is grump and prefers to just keep to himself. Jo is full of life, but thanks to a change in her company she is off the one of her least favorite places and leaving the city she loves so much and all her friends.

What started with an one night stand between two strangers ends up with them becoming coworkers but still fighting off that insane amounts of chemistry and attraction that is between the two of them. I loved the back and forth between these two as they try to figure out things between them.

Jo and Heath are opposites, yet they really balance each other out. They can both help each other see a new side to life and the city of London.

If you’re looking for a strangers to lovers, forbidden, grumpy/sunshine, office romance then check this one out.

Hope’s life and focus is on her family business. She has worked hard her entire life to get where she is in the company and is hoping to be the new CEO after her grandfather retires. That is until Ellis enters the picture and threatens everything.

I loved the banter, the chemistry, and the tension between Hope and Ellis throughout this story. I loved that Hope worked hard to get where she is versus having everything handed to her. She is strong and determined. She wants to make the business the best it can be, while making her family proud. Ellis is hardworking and good at what he does. I love how perfectly he balances out Hope. He knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to go for it. If there is anyone to break through all of Hope’s walls it is Ellis.

I loved Hope’s grandfather! He was a sneaky man and really just looking out for his granddaughter. The ending to this story was super sweet and I loved seeing the growth of these characters, especially Hope.

Emerson and Nolan are best friends, they also co-run a review channel together. One night in Vegas leads to a one night stand…or is one night just not enough? They end up getting a chance of a lifetime for their blog and during that time they spend more time together and all those feelings they have both pushed below the surface are coming to the surface.

I loved both of these characters. I loved the friendship between Emerson and Nolan and just the easy going vibe that was between the two of them. However, they also had insane amounts of chemistry that I couldn’t get enough of it.

This story was full of delicious food, even more delicious scenes and plenty of laughs.

If you’re looking for a friends to lovers, workplace romance this is one to read.

The beginning of this book is a little slow, but it is doing a lot to set up the rest of the story and introducing the characters. Allison receives a necklace for another woman with the same name. When she goes to deliver it to the correct Allison, she runs into Tyler and Dash.

Tyler and Dash are both intriguing characters. There is a lot of mystery around the two of them and the moment they were introduced I wanted to know their stories and all the secrets that they were hiding. Allie is thrust into this mystery but she is determined to find out more about Tyler and Dash, but also the mystery of what happened to the other Allison.

I love the start of Dash and Allison’s relationship. I love the chemistry between them. However, with all the secrets that are most likely between them will they be able to survive it.

This is book one of a trilogy and does end on a cliffhanger! Be prepared to jump right into book two.
If you’re looking for a workplace, romantic suspense story this is one to check out.

More questions, more mystery, and more intrigue. The second book in this trilogy takes you deeper down the rabbit hole.

Dash and Allie’s relationship continues to grow. There is a little more information about Dash and his secrets, yet I still feel like there is so much more to him. There are a lot of ups and downs when it comes to their relationship, neither of them think they are worth it for the other.

Allie continues to discover more about the mysterious Allison and continues her own digging into the woman’s life. More people who knew Allison come into play and Allie becomes suspicious of them all.

There are more questions that this book brings up and once again this book ends on a cliffhanger. I can’t wait to see where things go with Dash and Allie’s relationship and of course, what happened to Allison.

If you’re looking for a workplace, romantic suspense story this is one to check out, but make sure you read book 1 first.

The third and final book of this trilogy is full of twists and turns until the very end up also provides answers to all those questions that came up in book one.

Allie and Dash’s relationship continues to be full of ups and downs but the two of them continue to come out stronger each time. I have loved the growth of their relationship and the bonds that they have formed with themselves, but also with each other’s families. The chemistry between Dash and Allie continues to be explosive throughout the course of the story.

This story was fast paced and I couldn’t put it down. I needed all the answers to my questions, especially the question of what happened to the other Allison. The suspense and mystery of this trilogy had me on the edge of my seat from book one until the very end of book three.

If you’re looking for a workplace, romantic suspense check this one out after reading books 1 and 2.
