Rhett is a world champion bull rider, however, due to some comments his sponsors begin to drop him and his agent sends a “babysitter” to help keep him in line. Summer has been working her way up in her dad’s company when she is sent to keep her eye on Rhett.
I absolutely loved Rhett. The man is protective of everything and it shows so much throughout the course of this book. He is hardworking and I loved at times he just let go and had fun (especially with his brothers). Summer…I love her so much. She was so different from what I could have imagined. There is a lot of her as a character and I loved learning about her and see her really grow.
The chemistry between Rhett and Summer is off the charts. I don’t think I will ever be able to look at whipped cream without thinking of this book. There is no denying that Rhett and Summer are perfect for each other.
I can’t wait to return to Chestnut Springs!

The chemistry between Emma and Zach is electric. I love how sweet, but dirty Zach is when it comes to Emma. I love Emma’s sass and she is a little fireball.
This story was fast paced, had some slight drama and really leaves you wanting more about the characters, so I hope this isn’t the end of them.

The chemistry between Temperance and Woodrow was off the charts. From the first moment they were together you could fell it jump off the pages. They end up spending six years apart, yet despite everything the chemistry is still there. They are so still drawn to each other, even if they don’t know why.
In the six year gap you can feel the pain of their separation. The loss that each of them are feeling and all the heartbreak that occurs. This also leads to a small revenge plot when their paths cross once again. I almost wanted more of the revenge and some more drama out of it all before things came to an end for these two characters.

Emeline is a BA! She is a warrior and can really take care of herself. She has been through a lot, but she used that to fight. She is fierce and loyal to those she can truly trust. I loved seeing how much she grew throughout the course of the first book and this book. She is a true Queen. Skarth and Ulf….I don’t even know if there are words to describe these two. They are strong, protective and, dangerous, but it is hard to not just want more of them.
This book and this duet is dark, twisted, full of action but also has a romance aspect along with plenty of steam. It is one that will suck you from the very beginning and hold your attention until the very end.

I love Ivy. She is innocent, she loves fantasy romances, she is smart, she is hardworking, and she has also been crushing on her older sisters best friend for years. She doesn’t ever think that Kane would feel the same about her and the difference in their age has always been in the back of her mind. Kane is the perfect mixture of sweet, swoony, and the best kind of dirty.
I loved the friendship between Kane and Ivy and the relationship they formed throughout the course of this book. There is no denying the chemistry these two have. I loved that Kane didn’t push Ivy and it felt like things just naturally progressed between them.
I loved all the scenes with Knox and Hadleigh and of course, the rest of the Bishop family. I can’t wait to see what is in store for Kaitlyn.

Theo is a demon and Esther is an angel. Their paths cross and from that moment there is a connection from the start. They are two people who aren’t suppose to be together and there is a lot going against them, but I love that neither of them let that stop them.
I loved that there was a foundation of a friendship between Theo and Esther before it shifted to a relationship. I love that Theo was protective when it came to Esther throughout the course of the story.

Gabriel is a shifter. He is next in line to take over The Committee from his father. Rosalind was promised to The Committee, but after several years have passed, things have changed. One major thing is that Gabriel realized that Rosalind is his mate.
There is chemistry between Gabriel and Rosalind. The two of them are drawn to each other. Gabriel more so than Rosalind in the beginning. Rosalind is thrust into a world that she didn’t even know about and something that is completely life changing for her. She definitely makes Gabriel work for it and I’m glad that she had some people that could help her navigate her emotions and feelings and explain the overall situation to give her a better understanding about what is happening.
There is plenty of steam in this book mixed in with an enjoyable story. I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Lucille is married to Roman, however, their relationship is far from good. There is a coldness to their relationship. However, Roman isn’t fit to handle things at the moment. Enter Oliver. He and Roman share a resemblance and he can stand in for him at events.
Lucille and Oliver have a connection, however, they shouldn’t. Anything besides pretending is completely off limits. However, they fight their chemistry so much a long the way but eventually things give in and the sparks fly.
This does end on a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see how things end!
If you’re looking for a forbidden, royal, romantic suspense this is one to check out.
Lilly and Keller come from completely different worlds and countries, yet they are drawn to each other. They share an understanding of loss and just wanting to have a family. Though, it wasn’t always smooth sailing for them. There are a lot of ups and downs along the way for the two of them.
I loved the growth of Lilly throughout the course of the story. She was just a bikini wagon owner going through the motions in Miami, then finds out she is a princess and next in line. I loved going on the journey with her and seeing her discover new things and feeling a connection with her past. Keller…he is protective and he has a huge heart. He loves his country and the duty he has to his country, yet inside there is a lost man. Not to mention…the man is filthy in the best possible ways.
The tension….it was torture and absolutely amazing at the same time. The banter. The chemistry. Everything about Lilly and Keller is addictive and I just couldn’t get enough of them.
This book had me laughing until I was crying, swooning, fanning myself, and just crying because of all the emotions involved.

I loved the connection these two men had and eventually, the love and support that they were able to provide each other in many ways. The development of their relationship was a beautiful thing to read.
I loathe Preston’s father and with what happened to him angered me. I felt like he took the easy way out and that man should have been dragged through all the coals for everything that he did.
