I loved Ben and Makayla’s story from the start! It was filled with laughs, some angst, suspense and a little sprinkle of spice.

Ben and Makayla knew each other when they were teens. They didn’t get along, they played pranks on each other. Until one day Makayla was just gone. But now she is back and the pranking hasn’t stopped, though there is a lot of tension and chemistry between the two of them.

The pranks, the back and forth, the chemistry. I love it all. I love that Makayla wasn’t afraid to go after Ben and really knew how to push his buttons and likewise for Ben. They walk to fine line of hate and passion.

I loved the suspense element to this story, too. It added an extra level to it. Plus, the emotional backstories of both Makayla and Ben. There is just so much to love and it is so easy to just fall in love with these characters.

This book…it is spicy and I love it.

Madison and Colin REALLY don’t like each other and a series of events leads to them living in the same house and being partners with each other. However, the more time they spend together things start to change and they both actually learn about each other and realize there is more to the other than they had initially thought.

Madison and Colin’s chemistry is OFF THE CHARTS. It is explosive. It is everything. These two have so much passion and it just jumps off the pages. I loved seeing their relationship progress and change as they navigate through everything.

I absolutely loved this story. It was different from any others I have read and that made it so much more enjoyable to read. I also love that while it was spicy and there is a lot to it. There is also an actual plot and emotions involved.

I am hoping this won’t be the last visit to my favorite Nashville neighborhood.

If you’re looking for an enemies to lovers, forced proximity, erotic romance this is one to check out.

This story isn’t going to be for everyone, its not traditional and heavy on the thriller aspect more than anything. Yes, there is a love story involved but it isn’t your typical romance love story. There is no shortage of spice in this book either. Just go into this story with an open mind.

The main characters, Kayla and Aiden, do have chemistry from the start. There is a great banter between them and no shortage of passion. Their connection and the story itself is truly one giant rollercoaster. The two of them quickly become a sense of comfort to each other.

I had an idea of where this story was going and even though I figured it out, I still really enjoyed seeing how everything fully connected and how the story was going to be told.

One thing I will say with this book is go into it with an open mind. It pushes some boundaries.

The moment Cass meets Ant she is charmed by him. He easily wins her over and its world wind story for them. I don’t know if I would necessarily call it a relationship, but there was an instant lust between the two of them. Things progressed at a rapid speed. Though, despite their feelings towards each other I really wasn’t feeling any sort of chemistry or spark between them. Ant is interested in some particular things and is upfront with Cass about them and she is so wrapped up in him that she easily agrees.

This book is split into two parts. The first part is told just from Cass’s POV and I found myself wishing that there was some from Ant in there. The second part is told in a dual POV with Cass and a third character, Ger. I felt a connection with Cass and Ger from the start. I liked their connection. Plus, you can’t deny the spice in this one right from the start.

Note that this isn’t an RH, it does contain things that may be triggering to some readers and to me didn’t really feel like a romance, even though there was a HEA.

This story is fast paced, but there is no shortage of insane chemistry and some spice.

Katherine knows what she is doing could get her into some trouble, yet that didn’t stop her. This is a prequel novella, but I am already hooked on this story and these characters so I can’t wait to see where things are going to go. I already love Seb and I can’t wait to get to know more about him.
Masked Innocence is a tease of what is to come and I am here for it all.

Sasha and Cole have been my favorites in this series since I first read The Master, so I was extremely excited about this novella. It was everything I could have hoped for and so much more.

Sasha’s journey has never been easy, but with Cole by her side he was there to guide her and help her. However, there is still one huddle she needed to overcome but to get Cole to help her with this isn’t going to be easy. I absolutely have loved Sasha’s journey and for her to find the peace she truly deserves is beautiful.

These two…they have chemistry like there is no tomorrow. Their 24/7 lifestyle is different, but for them, it works. It gives them both everything they need and crave. I love their relationship and the love and support these two have for each other. I love their journey, I love their story and this novella was perfect for the two of them.

Payton and Kaitlyn have been friends since Payton first arrived at Circle B Ranch. They spend a lot of time together and you can feel just how much they truly care about each other.

Kaitlyn is feeling left out when all her cousins and siblings are getting married and starting families of their own. She knows that she isn’t getting any younger and decides it is time to take matters into her own hands. Payton is about to let Kaitlyn go through this alone. Even though he has feelings for his friend, he will do anything to make her happy, including having a baby with her when there is no hope of a relationship.

These two have INSANE chemistry. They have a great foundation with their friendship that them to co-parent isn’t that strange of an idea. However, when rules are set and boundaries are marked the lines can easily be blurred. I loved seeing the progression of their relationship. I loved how well they worked together and how supportive they are of each other.

This is bittersweet that it is the end of this second generation of Bishop’s but I can’t wait to return for the third generation.

If you’re looking for a small town, friends to lovers romance this is one to check out.

Everything about this book is absolutely fantastic. From the setting, to the characters, to the story.

I adore Willa. She is just full of sass, hilarious, happiness, and someone you just want to be best friends with. Being a nanny is something she has zero experience in but watching Luke isn’t a job and the two have them formed the best connection. I loved seeing them together. Cade, a grumpy single father who works hard on the ranch. He adores his son more than anything and I loved the moments with them together. They have such a good relationship. Despite Cade’s grumpy side, you can’t help but love the man.

The chemistry between Willa and Cade is off the charts! The tension in the beginning just simmering below the surface waiting to burst was amazing and once they cross that line…it’s game over. These two are perfect for each other. There is no shortage of spice when it comes to this story!
I love Chestnut Springs and I can’t wait to return!

Evvie and Bo’s story is low angst, sweet romance.

Bo is new in Mason Creek and the moment he see’s Evvie he is smitten with her. Evvie is shocked that anyone would be interested in her (thanks to her Mother). Bo is determined to prove to Evvie that she is everything that he could ever want.

I love the banter between the two of them from the moment they met. They have a ton of chemistry, too. I love that Bo is extremely supportive of Evvie and tells her to go after what she wants. The two of them fall fast and hard for each other and I couldn’t see it happening any other way when it comes to the two of them.
