Fake dating, slow burn romance with a broken hero and all the small town vibes.

Hollis hides behind his walls. He protects himself and not even his two best friends, River and Crew, know everything. Larissa has some bad luck when it comes to her dating life and she is done, especially with dating athletes. Of course, the moment you give up is the moment you meet the one person you have some insane chemistry with.

While things started out has fake in their relationship, there is no denying that the moment Hollis and Larissa met they had some INSANE amounts of chemistry. I loved their relationship and the connection they formed. These two genuinely care for each other and want what is best for each other.

Can we take a moment to talk about Grandma Judy though? Where can I find a grandma like her? She is hilarious and full of so much great advice. I loved the way she instantly took to Hollis and truly treated him like a grandson from the start. I absolutely LOVE her.

The Relationship Pact is must read if you’re looking for a fake dating/small town romance with a broken hero.

Yes, I have watched the movie and a small, small part of me was hoping that the book would be better than that, however, I was completely disappointed with this book, but not surprised.

This story is translator from Polish to English and there are some issues when it comes to that, but for the most part it was easy for me to ignore them. However, the story itself is just not something I could enjoy. I love mafia, dark, bdsm books but this book was just lacking in a lot of aspects of the story.

365 Days had potential and could have been amazing, however the story just fell flat for me. I’m sure there are people who will love this story and people who don’t. Just not for me.

I LOVED West and Fin! Their story was an emotional journey and I couldn’t put it down.

Fin and West played high school football against each other, but now that they are in college they are not only teammates but also roommates. From the moment they meet there is an attraction between them, however, Fin is still keeping his attraction to himself in fear of backlash from his family and his friends. I loved that despite hiding his true feelings and bullying West in the beginning he is still protective of him and came out and changed their relationship after an incident at a party.

This story completely hooked me from the beginning and I truly couldn’t put it down. The tension and the chemistry is addictive. Plus, it is a great introduction to the future characters in the series.

If you’re looking for a MM, college sports, bully romance this is one to check out.

The Experiment is a fantastic debut novel from Amy Alves. I completely fell in love with this story the moment I started it.

Emma left her corporate job in Seattle and heads to Landry to stay with her best friend. Jess is housing sitting in Landry for his brother and just needs an escape. Jess is fresh out of a relationship and just isn’t looking for anything and Emma is social awkward and just doesn’t know anything when it comes to dating, which leads her to turn to Jess for his assistance.

I adored these two characters and their relationship with each other. It was full of laughs and steam. They have insane amounts of chemistry from the start. Their story is sweet and you can’t help but fall in love from the start.

The town of Landry is also a fun little small town, especially its rather interesting book club and that had me dying of laughter! I can’t wait to return to Landry and to see more of these wonderful characters that Amy has created.

If you’re looking for a small town, faking dating romance this is one I’d highly recommend!

Kellin and Alanna’s story completely sucked me in. It was a struggle to put this one down because I wanted to know what was coming next.

Kellin is on a mission and it just so happens to lead him back to one woman he hasn’t ever forgotten about, Alanna. There was instant chemistry the moment they saw each other again and they were both drawn to each other. Even though everything moved quickly with their relationship I loved every single moment of it. Their chemistry was intense and addicting from the start.

Surrender was full of twists and turns from the start. There are mysteries and secrets. Love and so many emotions. I never wanted this story to end and I wanted so much more of Kellin and Alanna.

If you’re looking for a second chance, romantic suspense story this is one to check out.

Reading Atonement was like watching a real life event unfold in front of your eyes.

Wes and Londyn’s story was an emotional roller coaster from the very beginning. Their story wasn’t an easy one and they both had to fight not only for their relationship but also individually. I admire Londyn’s strength. She truly is a warrior and she wasn’t going to just give up. She was going to continue to fight. Wes is admirable. He was supportive and wasn’t going to give up on Londyn and them being together, even if she had.

I fell more in love with Wes and Londyn’s relationship throughout the course of this book. Their chemistry is fantastic and their love for one another is truly beautiful.

With the cliffhanger of Possession (Book 1 of this duet) I truly wasn’t expecting some of the events that unfolded in this story. Atonement is full of love, but also so many twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t read this book fast enough because I was dying to know what was going to happen next.

This duet is a beautifully written interracial romance that is full of love, suspense and the struggles that interracial couples face.

I don’t even have the words to describe this book. Honestly, it is truly just one you have to read. It hits so hard with the emotions that I was truly emotionally drained by the time I finished this book. Marni Mann has a way of writing that just completely sucks you in and grips your heart and brings out every single ounce of emotion that you have.

I absolutely loved Whitney and Caleb. Whitney was lost in her career but she also loved it. Caleb just experienced something that very few people could even fathom and was struggling with his new life. These two people truly needed each other to love and support one another and to heal.

When We Met is all about choices and how one small decision that may seem very insignificant at the time can completely change the course of your life, whether it be a good or a bad change. Truly, do yourself a favor and read this book.

If you’re looking for an emotional romance about fate and destiny and the choices that we make this is one to read!

Like the title, I completely adore Harrison. He is a small town firefighter who just so happens to be attracted to his best friends daughter, Whitney. When he gets a chance to be with her he takes it and from there all bets are off.

The chemistry between Harrison and Whitney is OFF THE CHARTS, it is call the fire department kind of hot. I couldn’t get enough of these two. There had been an attraction between them for years, however, timing was never right but now it is and they both take that chance with each other.

This is a very quick read but it is very low drama, full of amazing chemistry and passion, so if you’re looking for that plus a small town, age gap romance this is definitely one to read!

given recent events it doesn't sit right with me to keep my rating or my review for this book up. Plagiarism is not something that I can support and will never support it.

I have removed my original remove and my rating for this book.

Ten years ago Archer had his heart broken and Keaton made one of the biggest mistakes of his life. Now they are seeing each other for the first time after all those years. There is still so much chemistry between them, but there is also the pain of the past.

I loved the chemistry between Archer and Keaton. Their story was an emotional one that I wasn’t expecting, but they also had their sweet moments and some rather steamy moments. I loved how their story started and ended with letters. It was something fun and different and set the tone for the overall story.

I do wish their story was longer, because I just couldn’t get enough of them. I loved every single moment of Archer and Keaton’s relationship I didn’t want it to end.

You Make It Easy is a MUST READ!
